“This was a complete up-scale bath remodel with added closets in both the Master Bath and Master Bedroom. We worked primarily with the business owner, Richard White, the designer Cindy White, and project manager Dave Trykoski. This was an excellent experience with this team that took us from design through completion of the project. These people are extremely professional and competent. I have already signed a contract for a second project in my home and will continue to use Centerville Building and Design in the future. Our remodel is beautiful, and in the end everything and more than we originally envisioned. I attribute all this to this company because at the outset of the project I had little idea with what could be done, only that what we had was outdated and not fully functional. Now it is, and it is really, really nice adding a lot of value to our home, but we do not plan going anywhere. This was for us.”

“Fine Quality custom cabinets, accuracy in measuring and fitting the cabinets to the kitchen layout. Great advice in the planning and help with our design, good listening to our ideas and needs. Beautiful blue turquoise color chosen by us for the painted cabinets and they will be finished professionally by the family that owns Rene Products. We know, because this is the second kitchen that we have designed with them - now almost ready for our new home.”

“This was our second home and our second kitchen remodel with Kitchen Concepts. Third if you count a small kitchen and wet bar he created for us. Pat Ryan is an incredible designer with excellent sense of how people work in a kitchen. The 'minimum acceptable standards' such as clearances between a dishwasher and an island are thrown out the door, and Pat gives you a kitchen that truly functions. Angled cabinets and clipped corners to allow for better traffic flow. Pots and pans drawers that can hold enough cookware for a gourmet chef. A 'stuff' location with outlets for phone chargers. Pat's brother, Rich, serves as the General Contractor and between the two of them, nothing falls through the cracks. There is excellent communication between them and tremendous attention to detail.”

“We hired Becky to help us design and complete a fireplace surround and mantle, as well as update kitchen lighting and interior painting, including finding the resources and services needed to complete the upgrades. Becky was very knowledgeable and came up with some fantastic ideas for changing the layout of our kitchen to make it more efficient and instructed us on numerous options for materials for our fireplace hearth and kitchen counters. We unfortunately did not have the money to proceed with the kitchen layout and countertops, but would highly recommend Becky if you are looking to upgrade. She found us a carpenter who did beautiful work on building our fireplace hearth, surround and mantle. She took us to many places seeking options for our fireplace hearth. We ultimately ended up with a cultured stone hearth with a custom concrete top. We very much appreciated Becky's dedication to our project, listening to our needs and helping us to determine the most affordable options to consider.”
