“We have used Adlich Renovations for several projects ranging from pulling out bushes around the house to gutting out both bathrooms to make room for a second shower. For the larger scale projects they were particularly helpful in finding a number of options at varying price points for us to consider. Because of this we never felt forced into a decision. For all of these projects it has been great working with Brandon and Alia. They consistently listen to our ideas when we have a vision and are helpful with brainstorming when needed. In developing a backyard entertainment area it was nice to see they were as excited as we were to ensure the end result was the best possible version of what we had envisioned. “Forte Construction & Design started with remodeling my small bathroom, installing a new vanity, toilet, lighting fixtures, and porcelain tiles, etc., and they did such a great job I had them do my master bathroom remodel, whole house hardwood flooring, laundry room flooring and various other jobs. The Foreman and his crew started work promptly every day and were professional and courteous. Their work ethic was refreshing- no smoking breaks, no chit chatting, no checking their cell phones, just working! They cleaned up their work area at the end of each day and did top notch work. I was apprehensive to hire a contractor for these jobs because anyone can make you promises about what they're going to do and then when it comes time to do the job those promises are far from what transpires, but I was not disappointed with Forte Construction.... they actually did what they said they were going to do. The Project Manager was always available and responsive to my questions or concerns and frequently showed up to the job site to ensure that all work performed was to my satisfaction and listened to all concerns that I had and addressed/corrected them. Their pricing was reasonable and I feel I got my money's worth for the quality of work and attention to detail they provided. I have more projects in the future and will assuredly use them again!!!”

“We hired Lee Payne at Timber Creek Construction to remodel 2 of our bathrooms. Our hall bath first then the master bath. We have been very pleased with the work. Lee and his crew have always been very polite and did a wonderful job. Lee always let me know who was coming and when. He also came back after each part of the project was complete to make sure everything was done correctly and to make sure we were happy. We had gotten several quotes before hand and believe he was very reasonable and honest with us. Which means a lot!”

“Our house expansion/renovation is still ongoing....target completion is January of 2018. We are transforming our 2800 s.f. lake house into a 5600 s.f. dream home plus a large, 3 car, attached garage. We have found Outdoor Building Concepts (OBC) a fantastic company to work with. Before starting this project we went back and forth with them for over a year (planned) and found them very accommodating. What sold us was the fact that when we went to look at some of their other additions they looked like they were part of the original house. We have made some minor changes along the way and they are more than happy to accommodate our requests...many times without changing (increasing) the budget. We are the type of people who liked to be involved in all aspects of our project and OBC seems to welcome this. We look forward to the completion of our dream house and will no doubt have OBC at some of our open houses to take a bow.”
