“Pete Lugo, working with Kinetic Partners, used his creative architectural expertise to design a warm yet contemporary Italian farmhouse for us by carefully listening to our ideas and thoughts, which were totally unique to the traditional Tuscan style. We met once and provided pictures and ideas of floor plans and he listened carefully to ensure we incorporated our personal needs and desired. Although the we expected the process to take quite some time, we were shocked when he came back the first time with an architectural plan of our dreams. He was open to new materials and concepts, varying ceiling heighths, and ensuring the plan would allow us to live comfortsbly, including grandchildren and dogs! We are now on the current cover of Luxery Home Magazine.”

“I hired CEDB to do a complete remodel on my kitchen. I have nothing but high marks to say about Susan. She is excellent in her communication; very prompt. She is very capable to handle all the decisions for a project if that's what someone wanted but she is also happy to collaborate and incorporate the owner's ideas. She has a great rapport with the sub-contractors and works with them often which results in high quality work in a timely manner and the finish work actually gets completed! Compared to when I acted as the contractor for a previous kitchen remodel i can say that hiring CEDB made it so much easier.”

After our house burned down in the wild fires, Justin helped us move along ( as we still only had a vague idea of what we wanted but we knew we wanted to move back quick) and designed a house that fits our property and fits our living style with extra suites for when our sun & daughter visit. “We first selected Uhrich Design for their awesome space planning and interior finish abilities. They transformed our cramped, outdated 1940's bungalow kitchen into a spacious state-of-the-art 2015 epicurean dream, while keeping the style of the home intact. We were so impressed with the expertise at Uhrich Design, we hired them again to remodel and expand our master bedroom/bath by 240sf. Larry's professional design practice along with his access to great contractors, subs, and vendors, made what could have been a miserable experience, into a professional project that was on time and on budget! I highly recommend Uhrich Design for your interior design needs. Uhrich Design is the team to hire for any design needs! My wife and I have worked with Uhrich Design for many years on various projects. Most recently, working with them on the remodel of our kitchen in 2015, then again on an 200sf addition/remodel of a master bedroom/bath in 2016. Larry, along with his wife Anna, make a great team that listens to our dreams, creates unique design ideas, and provides excellent vendors all within our budget.
