“These guys were punctual, polite and had a great work ethic. They did more than one roof and finished them on the weekend. They cleaned up and let me use their magnet roller to pick up nails, which I really appreciated. I don’t think anyone could do that to please me! so it was a smart decision. I’d have no problem hiring them again.”

“I had the pleasure of having Riverstone Construction paint my house as well as kitchen and bath remodeling. The company seemed to have it all together with well groomed employees. As a business owner myself making the customer feel comfortable especially working out of your home is a big deal. Before I even asked Jassan Robbins the owner of Riverstone Construction told me he did background checks to ensure he himself had good safe employees working under him. The day the crew showed up to my house they knocked on my door and introduced themselves as employees of Riverstone Construction and wanted me to know they were here and would be starting work and if I had any questions to please feel free to ask. As the week went on things needed attention such as issues with water damage that were not visible until construction started. Jassan helped me find the best possible way to take care of the issue and save money in the process. I defiantly would have Riverstone Construction back for the next project and highly recommend this company to anyone.”

“There isn’t enough good I can say about shadow 1. I had just relocated to the area after living in a small town where I knew everyone and had people I completely trusted to turn to when I needed things done. As a single mom of four boys starting over I was feeling completely overwhelmed at the idea of having to find someone to do a few projects on my new home in this big city. Just buying the home had stressed me out on a daily basis due to the cutthroat mentality of the market. When JP walked in the door he immediately put me at ease. His kindness was palpable and his professionalism gave me security to know any job would be done with the utmost respect and attention to detail. Throughout the process he was easy to reach, always on top of what needed to be done, and ready for any changes I needed along the way. The end results leave people in awe. The before and afters are striking as his team truly worked magic on this little cottage that was in major need of an update. As I continue to have needs arise he is the first person I contact and he always has an estimate to me quickly and the job done within a reasonable timeframe. I count myself blessed to have found JP as he and his team have given me that small home town feeling with quality workmanship that I value in this big city as I start anew.”

“TAB AND ASSOCIATES served as the architect on a large 10,000 SF home I served as General Contractor on. He and his firm were excellent to work with and supplied a superb set of working drawings from which we built the home. He also served as the Owners Rep for the project, and did a splendid job of cooridinating all members of the build team(Engineers, contractors, owner, etc.) to complete a difficult project on time and on budget. We completed the project with very few problems and with a very satisfied owner.”

“Nice guy and conscientious person doesn't begin to describe Chris. He is very dedicated, works unbelievably hard to make sure things get done. Chris made many recommendations on different ways I might consider the installations, he recognized what was important to me and came up with changes suchas a curbless shower entry and trim recommendations. I, unfortunately, ordered cabinets from Lowes (big mistake) but hired Chris for everything else. Lowes continually screwed up and I still am having conversations with them about completing repairs of damages they caused. However, Chris worked really hard to accomplish the rest of the project. Chris would come in behind each portion of the Lowes installation and finish the rest. What should have taken a month took four but Chris at each Lowes completion came in and did whatever portion he could immediately so I could get into my home. Chris came back after each of his various installers (floor, tile, granite, plumber and electrician) to insure their work was properly done and if there was something not quite right he would take care of it, even if that meant working into the evening. Committed, dedicated, creative, talented overall professional.”

“I have used this company several times from 2012 through 2017. They have done extensive work for my homes including: installing an entire floor with new wood flooring, replacing/repainting siding on my townhouse, complete bathroom renovation, roof repair/inspection, painting, several small plumbing jobs, and some small electrical repairs/upgrades. I highly recommend this company as they have a very high integrity and conscientiousness towards every job they do, both large and small.”

“I was building a garage and needed a drawing for the county to approve my building permit. Steve was very helpful and understanding as I was trying to get things updated quickly to get the permit. Steve was able to make all the updates needed quickly and make it look exactly how I wanted for the county to approve the building permit. Very easy to work with, on time and within budget. Steve was fantastic, in fact I am planning on using him again for anther project I hope to put in later this fall or early next year.”

“Jenny Pippin of Pippin Home Designs can design anything. ...from huge homes to small ones. She listens to her clients, designs liveable homes and takes advantage of any and all views. She is highly capable, artistic and yet reasonable. She designed our home about 20 years ago and I wouldn't change a thing. It's on a sloping lot with only a small section that is flat for the house's footprint. It was a winner from plan to inception. I still love and live in every square foot.”
