As for the financial piece, everything was laid out in understandable terms and there were no surprises, with Brendan even swallowing additional costs on his own a couple of times. In addition, they were extremely considerate of the premises and our dog, always keeping in mind that they were working in someone's home. Everything was cleaned every day, and they even did the little things such as vacuum out the cabinet drawers after installing the cabinet hardware. We have high expectations, and Brendan met them all. If you use them, you will be delighted.”
