“Not to often in life do individuals have an opportunity to build a house of their dreams. Our experience started in February of 2014 with Firetti Builders and their "Team". After interviewing five different contractors Firetti Builders were our choice, and it was the right choice for us. Joe Firetti is the head of this team who listens to what his customers want and helps incorporate those ideas into a custom home that is structurally sound and esthetically pleasing. His Project Manager Jay is hands on and works with the subcontractors to assure quality control of each and every phase of construction. Michelle and Debbie work behind the scenes to coordinate and work with the customer to provide updates on costs and other phases of the project. High standards, attention to detail and quality assurance have provided us with a home that we have received many compliments from both family and friends. “We first drove through the Cottages in September 2015. We knew instantly that this was the place for us. The sidewalks on both sides of the street, beautiful landscaping, sufficient parks and open spaces, wide welcoming porches, all wrapped around 3 heavily treed ponds, combined to create a neighborhood like no other that we’d seen. After touring the Seaside model, we went straight to the office to sign papers. The build of the house was well planned and well executed. We met for a day with the Cottages staff to go through selections and customizations. A project manager was assigned early in the build process, and this person made sure that the details decided during the selection step were accurately implemented. A walk through with the project manager was done at roughly the half way point, to make sure everyone was on the same page. The project manager kept an eye on things throughout, and this reduced the likelihood of errors, and made for a very small punch list as the project wound down. The project came in on time, and on budget. The house turned out perfect. We love everything about it. Thanks to Scott and Michelle Cook, and the rest of the Cottages staff for doing such a wonderful job on our house.”

Mark Wilsey met with us throughout the building process to discuss our expectations and any changes. Mark was very accommodating and open to our thoughts and concerns. We have been in our home for 4 years and we could not be happier with the construction and floorplan. “John Mooring is and excellent builder who listens, is honest and cares about his product. I designed my house and John drew up the plans for me to insure that it would be perfect, and it is. John also has been available to come back and help adjust things after the house was built. I love my house, it is safe, secure, economical and the flow is just right. In the future I plan to build another house and I will only do it if John is the builder.”

“Charter Building Group built our home in 2014 and we have lived in it for a little over one year. We absolutely love it!! Since it is our retirement home, we added a lot of our own touches to one of their plans for a semi-custom build. The experiences with the entire staff, from meetings with Holly Overton to revise the drawings to our on-site meetings with the supervisor Sean, were nothing but cordial. They listened to our questions and assisted us with making good decisions and met our requests and needs! It was a pleasure working with them and the entire building experience went very smoothly. Charter does high quality work and I highly recommend them.”

“Westbridge Homes (Fred Coyne) has finished a bathroom/laundry room and a master bath renovation for us and we are finalizing plans for the third bathroom. We have pretty much gutted the bathrooms and laundry room, moved plumbing slightly, and provided some challenges with lighting changes. He is a pleasure to work with as he is very flexible and creative; he has not only implemented my many ideas from various catalogs, magazines, and Houzz, including a barn door style shower door, but makes many suggestions for improvements and details I would never think about. His inclination to leave some decisions until they need to be made allows us to better visualize what the finished bathroom will look like and how it will work. The fact that once each bathroom is completed we ask him to begin the next speaks for itself.”
