I ordered the Electro Blue Shag rug for $199.99 and when I received the rug it was teal and did not look like the picture on Houzz website. I called and spoke with a Houzz representative who informed me that the rug ships from a 3rd party and I would have to wait to receive an email from them for the return info. So I did receive an email from CHIC RUGS aka RUG ADDICTION who gave me the return address and informed me that there will be a 20% restocking fee.
