“After interviewing three custom home builders and having had the experience of previously building a custom home in Hobe Sound, FL in 2001, we selected John Cherveny of Homes by JMC. His knowledge of construction and his ability to not only listen to our needs and desires, but to take the time to communicate endlessly with us offering opinions and advice made our selection quite easy. As the construction proceeded, we noticed that his people were not only very professional, but knew exactly what was expected of them when John arrived on our jobsite on almost a daily basis. Several times, he had his crew redo something that was not accomplished in the exact way he wanted it done. A few changes that we desired, were accomplished without question and completed very rapidly. John's outstanding ability to communicate with us was phenomenal and he was never too busy to answer our questions and offer his personal advice. If I ever have the need to construct another structure, either residential or commercial, I would not hesitate to have Homes by JMC do the project.”

“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“From the design team to the ground crews and Ryan, the owner of Watlee Construction, all of his team members show an in-depth knowledge of the zoning, codes, and what you can dream up with your new home or renovation. Ryan is also intrinsically aware of the latest trends, as well as the most innovative products for building in this tough climate. For our family, Watlee Construction is taking a million dollar shell of a beach home, gutting it, and revamping it to become our new dream home. And we are doing it on a budget. We wanted to move the stairs in the home, so they brought in an architect to get it done. We wanted a bigger custom spa, and (snap) done, cabinets and design methods were selected in advance, and any changes made along the way were greeted with a solid answer of, "Yes that's possible," or "No, the structure/code doesn't allow for that." My schedule is busy and Ryan has personally met us on nights and weekends, to get the project moving. Watlee Construction did a previous project in 2012 in Stuart of converting my garage into a master bedroom with master bath, and everyone who sees it is impressed at the transformation. When we bought the new home, we had ideas of what we wanted to do, but now its becoming a reality. Who knew there's a indoor/outdoor two sided fireplace (wow!) or you can lift and stack all your water heaters and a/c's to make more floor space, or yes, you can even build a stairs and a cat door to the master suite, if that's what you desire. Without the guidance of the team from Watlee Construction, we would have had exactly what we asked for and nothing more. Ryan has an eye for what is next and better and can make you dream even bigger. Dream big and don't be afraid to trust in these local experts. We did and we are excited to move into our new Jupiter Beach home in June.”
