“We worked with Tim Kerner on our full house renovation in downtown Philadelphia in 2009. He is very meticulous, thorough and thoughtful in his approach. He does not rush through decisions or projects. He communicated well with our general contractor. Also, when it came time to make decisions about lighting fixtures and other hardware around the house, he sent me some links online of ideas to choose from, to make the process less overwhelming. I found this extremely helpful. Tim is patient and easy to work with and I would hire him again for another project, or recommend him to anyone. I cannot speak to his rates because we did not get other estimates (as he also worked on a family member's project, so we knew we wanted to work with him). We are thrilled the way our house turned out.”
QMA Architects

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 30, 2013
“QMA Design did a major exterior renovation on our house which included new siding, doors, windows, chimney, steps, porch as well as addition of a second story terrace, complete renovation of the front of house to create additional parking space and new landscaped areas. Todd and his project managers and workers did a beautiful job. After the job and to date Todd is extremely responsive if problems develop (and no major problems have developed) or if other new work is needed. I highly recommend this company.”

“Working with Pam Fine Architecture has been a great experience for my husband and myself. The quality of her work is excellent with her attention to detail. The floor layout Pam created for our house was really our dream come true for our expectations. Communicating with Pam Fine Architecture was really simple and easy and she always payed attention to any inputs we offered. Pam always responded quickly to any questions we had regarding our plans. Overall, working with Pam Fine Architecture is five star worthy and I would highly recommend to anyone. Her prices are very competitive and I see no reason to look anywhere else. My husband and I did a lot of searching for an architect and Pam Fine beats them all.”

“We were referred to Steve Fenwick of Fenwick Architects by a long time friend and fellow real estate professional to design our new coastal home in Ocean City NJ. From the initial meeting we could tell that Steve and his colleague, Kevin Olandt would be perfect for us to work with on our project. They are both laid back and friendly, no big attitudes or prima donna attitudes, just fun and thoughtful. The firm is proficient in quality coastal design and materials. Both Kevin and Steve welcomed our ideas and input and even our changes, rather atypical of the trade. We found them easy to work with and very thoughtful in the design. Steve and team were able to bring our vision and ideas for styling, with their guidance to life in the construction of our coastal home. We would recommend Fenwick Architects for a collaborative and relaxed design experience without the attitude or controlling mentality often associated with the profession. Jay Reinert Architect, LLC

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsAugust 4, 2015
“Jay Reinert is not only an amazing architect, he is an amazing person. We hired Jay to restore and renovate our 1890 victorian. He was/is completely enthusiastic and understanding of our goals to renovate our home to suit our needs but also respect and honor the history of the home. He asked us what we wanted, what we needed and then offered suggestions on what he felt we deserved - an amazing master suite we would NEVER have come up with on our own! He is extremely easy to work with, welcomes input from the home owner and is involved in the entire process from plans to moving in! We can't say enough good things about Jay, he really is one of a kind. We have enjoyed every aspect of our renovation and actually look forward to the next phase. We HIGHLY recommend Jay for any project!”

Loza Architecture

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJanuary 7, 2018
“I would like to compliment Architect George Loza for my Nashville TN home project which involved a complete new Kitchen, Dining area, as well as renovations and rear additions to the Master Bedroom/Bathroom and a Loft dormer. I had notions of what I wanted, but the designers I approached did not "get it". Then working with George made my vision a reality. George brought up many wonderful ideas on how to give me what I was dreaming of. His technical drawings also went in to great detail that allowed costs to be easily determined. George was also able to recommend contractors and readily secure permits. I recommend Loza Architecture wholeheartedly.”

He was always available to answer any questions during each phase of the process. I would highly recommend Thom to design your home.”
Bruce D. Turner, Architect
Historic Building Conservation Companies in Ocean City
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJune 15, 2016
“We were devastated when Super Storm Sandy damaged our home but Bruce was there from day one for us. He walked us through the process one step at a time and was a tremendous asset. Bruce did not stop his efforts with the architectural design, he helped with planning, explaining the construction process and what to expect from our builder. As he said more than once, "you have to scramble a few eggs to make an omelet." Well we ended up with a beautiful omelet, largely due to his efforts.”
