“Hunter tile and construction was extremely professional from quoting the job to completing the job. Derek and his team were so friendly and a such a joy to work with in the home. it was easy to trust them and that meant a lot. I had seen other projects Hunter tile and Construction had completed previously and they did not disappoint in delivering a top shelf end product. From start to finish everything went as planned and they were very good with communication. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone seeking to update/remodel their home!”

The first project was a Kitchen, Den, Bath, and Laundry room makeover where every surface was changed...floors, walls, ceiling...new appliances, new fixtures etc. The second project was a master bedroom and bath remodel. “After living in Oklahoma for 60+ years and with climate change happening more rapidly than we thought, we decided to get some tornado protection. We thought the Oklahoma City Home Show would be a good place to start so we went and saw about 10 or 12 different shelter vendors on display. After hearing one of my employees' stories about cramming 14 people into his garage floor shelter, we knew we didn't want to be any part of that experience. Most of what we saw at the Home Show were giant sardine cans for either above or below ground. Your cell phone would be blocked from working by the thick metal and they were just downright ugly to have below or above ground. Then we saw the only shelter at the show that seemed to be just what we were looking for: above ground, nice looking, no interference with cell phone transmission or reception and engineered to be the safest possible above ground shelter that could be assembled practically anywhere and still feel like a real room in your home. We also knew and trusted the name DuPont for engineering and professionalism. We knew their scientists who invented bullet-proof Kevlar would engineer a product we could trust. It met all the FEMA tests for safety and the only question left was can we trust the contractor to do it right and treat us right. We found both of these elements to be a solid plus in Philip Slater and Oklahoma Storm Rooms. We felt confident in Philip's thorough knowledge of his product and his ability to construct our 4 x 8 ft. shelter exactly where we needed it to be. He never let us down on any account. He supervised and took an active part in the construction of our Storm Room and we were more than pleased with him, his work and his product. We received no kind of discount or any other consideration for this recommendation. It is a pleasure to write a recommendation when you're lucky enough to do business with someone like Philip Slater. A job well done and a product worth having are reason enough to be recommending Philip to you. He's the real deal and we were pleased with every phase of his work. “Paige Smiley was perfect! I had never hired an interior designer or contractor and had some anxiety. We all hear the stories of people taking your money and not delivering. Not a concern here! I had a vision in my head of what I wanted both of my bathrooms to look like and brought a few pictures of my ideas when I met with her. She was able to listen to what I envisioned and made it so much more than I ever imagined! She was professional and polite; gently steering me away from ideas that wouldn't work and leading me to much better choices. It was always about MY vision for the bathrooms, not hers. Her ability to deal with the contractors and keep them on schedule was amazing. We had a couple problems with tile and Paige was right there with a perfect solution. The project took longer than what "I" thought it would, but was right on time in the real world of construction. The house was never left a mess at the end of the day and I ended up with two of the most beautiful bathrooms ever!”

“Perry House Plans team is an excellent choice when you want a well designed home. They had a design that we liked but there were some changes and additions we added to it. We told them exactly what we were looking for and they delivered. We are right now in the process of building this home which has impressed everyone that has come by looking at its progress. They even did a plot plan for us setting up the house on our lot which was helpful for the contractor. Before we decided on using them we had looked at their web site and enjoyed seeing all the aesthetically pleasing exterior design and great floor plans.”

“He redesigned the front elevation of our home. We had a supporting brickwall that was bending under the weight of a large overhang and the overhang needed to be supported in a diferent way. The actual work has not been started yet but we have hired a contractor to do it.”
