“While facilitating the closing of our home, the CBC professionals also helped us to identify a lot that met our needs in the desirable Spring Valley area. They simultaneously helped us to discern what type of builder would align with our wants, needs, values and pocketbook. From the experiences of many friends and colleagues, the process of selecting the “right” builder is typically difficult, complex and fraught with uncertainty. “I have had the pleasure of working with the owners of Trinity Estate Homes for one of the custom homes they were building in 2012. They are a young company with young professional clients building larger traditional, quality homes in the Memorial Villages area of Houston. I assisted a young couple with the finish selections for the large home. Trinity uses a professional contracting tracking system for the scheduling of all work and tracking of the finishes, which the client can log into to check the status of their home progress. “I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and I’ve never been as impressed as I was with the professionalism of Gryphon Builders. The first time I walked onto the job site I was shocked to see at what lengths Allen had gone to, to protect the home owner’s floors, carpets, and belongings and how he had constructed walls of plastic to keep dust from traveling throughout the entire house during their remodel. All of his crews were neat, knowledgeable and respectful of the home they were working in. Allen was very involved and working along side the crews on some days to ensure everything was completed on schedule. Allen takes great pride in his work and it clearly shows.”
