“Candace Nordquist is a Certified Kitchen design professional. She transformed our kitchen, seating area, family room, and entry into beautiful, highly functional, and comfortable spaces. She provided the design, material selection, coordination or purchase of materials, and recommended highly capable subcontractors I used to finish the project. Our waterfront house needed to have the view maintained or enhanced, the materials and colors needed to be capable of intense direct sunlight, and the traffic flow from the kitchen to the deck supported. She reorganized the kitchen placing flat surfaces between the arriving guest and the view. The tall elements were concentrated on the back wall giving a solid welcoming feel. Her 38" high waterfall granite table provides seating to enjoy the view. There are 28 cabinet drawers for storage, and the food prep, cooking, and clean up areas are all well organized. The electrical plan was also an integral part of the overall design. The under cabinet power outlets are especially nice and have minimized wall outlets. The lighting is able to be changed to create a variety of moods as well as provide specific task lighting. It is a pleasure to cook and entertain in this kitchen.”

“I started working with Nancy Finneson of DeMane Design, to remodel my master bathroom. To date, I’ve remodeled all four bathrooms in my home using her design services. She listened to my ideas and preferences and expanded on them to give me beautiful, updated rooms that are better than I could have imagined. Nancy designed a built in cabinet for my master bath that gave me storage I never thought possible, in addition to upgrading its entire look. In one of my guest baths her use of tile and glass accent tile made a simple bathroom into something elegant. Nancy was tireless in her search to help me find just the right paint color, cabinets, tile and lights which all came together beautifully. I love my new bathrooms and couldn't have done it without her!”

“When you know kinda what you want, or you just know what you really don't want, but not how everything should be put together Kayron Brewer is the person I would recommend. I've hired her for 2 projects, one a large kitchen,dining and living room remodel and then a master bath and bedroom redo. Both outcomes exceeded my expectations in every way including coming in slightly below our budget. Her insight as to what brands to use and configuration options were invaluable. Plus, she's really good at taking my random ideas and putting them all together. I never feel overpowered by her as I sometimes do other professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend her for any design project from a large multi-room remodel to a small powderroom fix-up. ”

“Professional, timely and on budget. I have worked with Kim OReilly Interiors on several residential design projects within Canada and the US (many of these photos are on Kim's website). The projects have ranged from paint color, furniture and accessory selection to more technical design elements (i.e. moving walls to create a more open concept kitchen/living area) in terms of interior layout. Kim is very approachable and no-nonsense. She was respectful of our budget and timeline given at the outset of the project. Kim also knew how to work with our contractor and made sure to maintain open communication with us throughout. She has an amazing ability to honor my personal design ideas while giving them a fresh, and sometimes new, direction that makes me truly appreciate why I hired her in the first place. When I have attempted to do a project on my own in the past, I have become overwhelmed by the shear number of structural and cosmetic choices there are. In the end, Kim saved us considerable time and frustration, and I am always very happy I decided to work with Kim OReilly Interiors . I would not hesitate to recommend her.”

“To Those Considering a Major Remodel The Rich Design Group worked with us on a major remodel, which included tearing off a significant portion of our home. The house was built in 1912 with a very small kitchen. A larger kitchen and garage were added in the 1960’s with no attention to either quality of build or to the interior and exterior architectural design of the house. We wanted to replace the 1960’s addition with one that matched the exterior design of the home and give us a modern kitchen, while respecting the interior of the house. After attending many home shows and talking with lots of remodeling companies we chose the Rich Design Group. Our choice was based upon several factors. The primary factor was that they would be involved in the project from start to finish. This included not only the architectural design, but the engineering studies, permitting, contracting, subcontracting, material selection and finishes. Our cost and completion date were known prior to the start of the project. Of course as in any significant undertaking of this type, unexpected issues did occur and when they did the Rich Design Group was there to help us find positive, cost effective solutions. We found working with the Rich Design Group to be a pleasure. They listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions and explained why some things just would not work. We love our new addition (Kitchen & Garage). Importantly, the project came in on time and under budget! What more can I say?”
