“Sebastian and his team did an amazing job transforming my old, outdated patio into this great-looking modern patio. My job was not your easy typical job either. My slab consisted of three different slabs that had been poured at different times during the history of the house and had the classic style Mexican Saltillo tiles that must have been really popular in the 80's. To complicate the process further, I wanted to extend the patio an additional 8'x10'. Thats four different slabs that all got to be tied together into a seamless finish. Sebastian and team chipped away all the old Sotillo tile, and disposed of that, then did the first grind down on the existing three slabs, then poured the 4th new slab extension, then did another round of grinding to get all surfaces to a consistent level before they started applying their hand troweled surface layer. Sebastian and team also did some custom tri-tone staining and coloring to give it an awesome effect. Sebastian has an eye for detail, there was a couple of areas that just didn't come out like expected where the slab edges all came together but Sebastian ended up redoing these areas (at his own cost) not just because I wanted it right, he also wanted it right. I really appreciated this. Many contractors start asking for more money at the first sign of previously unknown complications. Sebastian is a standup guy and does what's right.
