“Our journey of building a house is not a easy one. We are grateful to have Kairon Homes by our side. Nav is very good at handling “our troubles”. We want to use some contractors of our own choice. He made it happen. Thinking back, we are not sure using our own guys are the best ideas. He was the I charge of the quotes verifying, making sure we are getting competitive quotes. All the quotes are transparent. He also smoothies out tasks between contractors. He enjoys what he does. Tasks he need to handle would be like a huge headache for me, he takes them with ease, professional and competence.”

Our home is the 5th and by far largest renovation we have undertaken with Patterson Homes --the fact that we regard Mark as highly now as we did before the first renovation attests to a level of mutual respect and collaboration that has turned our home into something truly unique. Something which we will enjoy not just as a fine home but as a reminder of all the wonderful workers Mark has brought to work here. Through all stages from design to completion, this has been a high-fidelity experience. Mark's trades are people he has worked with for decades -- chosen because they are the best in terms of ability as well as honesty, reliability and punctuality. “Casey was one of three contractors that I interviewed and received quotes from about installing a large window in a walkout basement. My house is a large bungalow and could have been stressed by the 4' X 8' window cut out through the foundation. He was the only one that felt a steel support beam would be necessary for structural security. He was the only one that presented a formal contract and description of the work necessary even though all contractors came highly recommended by the Renovate magazine and BBB. He was always available to answer questions and explain the renovation. He consulted an engineer and got city permits before commencing with the work. His work was done in a timely manner and within budget. His people did an excellent job matching the soldiering with another window already previously installed during the original construction so that there is a uniformity of presentation. I have recommended him to my friends and do not hesitate to recommend him highly now. If I decide to have more renovations done on my home Cornelis Construction will be the first business I call. I have photos available but don't know how to include them.”

“Before the project started we reviewed 8 contracting companies. 20/20 presented a detailed work outline and cost breakdown, and a willingness to work with our architect. Since then the work has proceeded as scheduled with accommodations for extra work. We are pleased with the workmanship, and particularly pleased with Twenty-Twenty's regular crew, and the subtrade workers who have been involved with our addition/renovation. Importantly they clean up at the end of the day.”
