“Working with Stacy was an enjoyable and very satisfying experience from start to finish. She was professional, thoughtful, and refreshingly direct. She immediately identified what our new Crosby Street Studios showroom was missing from a lighting perspective, while also taking the time to understand our goals, priorities, and budget. Although our showroom has beautiful natural light and new fixtures, we realized we needed to elevate the lighting to better spotlight and emphasize our rugs and products. Stacy quickly helped us see where the biggest opportunities were. She offered smart, practical suggestions we had not considered, clearly separated the “must-haves” from the “nice-to-haves,” and presented several options that allowed us to stay within budget. “Tom and his crew are professional, knowledgeable and an extremely creative team! We are working in "phases" around our yard beginning with leveling some of our property and laying sod on a large area of our upper lawn. We then moved to stonewall work, new patio and YES a beautifully installed "natural" waterfall. Simply AMAZING work. It is complete art! I say "we" because both Tom and Tamara believe in making the customer top priority in any work they do. They take time to hear what our wishes are and implement them in a most personal and professional manner. Their suggestions compliment what they hear from their customers wishes. When Tom suggested a waterfall, I jumped at the chance. My husband, not so much. It became Tom's mission to prove to him that in the end, my husband would be the one loving it the most. Tom won! It's his go to spot every evening when he walks in from work! There is plenty of more work to be done on our property, and I can't imagine any other company than Tom O'Shea Landscaping to see us through!”
