I have used First Priority Audio for many years and have always been delighted with their expertise and commitment to details. Bert and Jason run an incredible company and are always accessible to us. More importantly, they always solve our issues, and have made all our entertainment systems in the house incredible. We LOVE the Control4 units they have put in the house to control blackouts, fans, lighting, music and TVs. They are always completely up to date on the best and newest products. Everyone who has come to work at the house, Alex and Amir always leave the house cleaner than they found it and stay until the job is complete and Gunner is a genius regarding internet issues. I cannot say enough about First Priority Audio!

I feel compelled to let everyone know, how incredible First Priority Audio, Dennis and the rest of the associates at this elite company are. I had an issue with a movie projector and they went out of their way to take care of everything with the out of state manufacturer. Dennis is extremely knowledgeable and based on my experience, First Priority Audio always places the customer first! Dennis is also highly professional, honest, and he truly cares about whether every customer is happy. He/ First Priority Audio even assisted me on a holiday weekend. I felt like a friend, not a customer, and I highly recommend First Priority Audio/ Dennis for all of your audio, smart home and Theater needs!

I contacted First Priority Audio to make changes to my Control 4 System after the original installer had let me down too many times. What a difference a firm makes! FPA, were professional, responsive, reasonably priced and delivered a quality service that I can not speak highly of. They did exactly what I asked, were prompt, efficient and communicated and kept me informed throughout the work. They turned up hen they said the would, the technician was competent and courteous. They resolved the issues and I can not speak highly enough of this incredibly professional firm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We recently purchased a second home in Fort Lauderdale and First Priority Audio handled the installation of the AV system and electronic shades for us. Joel and his Team were very responsive to our needs throughout the process. The offered multiple options and suggestions for our space, the cost was very competitive, they provided a high level of customer service and engagement from start to finish, and the finished product is wonderful. Highly recommend this Company and group of professionals.

New home installation complete wiring and programming of the light system and the audio and video system for the whole house.. Worked well with the team on the project. Response on service calls is very good when needed. Would recommend First Priority Audio.

Joel provides knowledge and service above and beyond. He helped me identify the type of product that would be best for the space I designed. He is very customer service oriented, and provides individualized setups based on the layout, materials in the space and other design criteria that affect acoustics and reverberation. He took the time to give me information and cost estimates although the installation is months away.

After shopping around a few local AV consultants, I decided on FPA primarily because of their excitement about my project, their professionalism, and expertise. They never missed a deadline, were regularly ahead of schedule, and always very professional in our dealings. They installed a fully-integrated system in my house for two bedrooms, and three audio zones, in addition to wiring my entire home taking "future use" into account. We have great, fast, consistent wifi throughout, all streaming services are wired and run flawlessly, and all of our picture and sound it excellent. I really can't recommend these guys enough, and have referred them to countless friends since my experience with them.

Daryl is professional and knowledgeable. He made our home system so easy to use and spent time teaching us how to use it. He was so organized and respectful of our home. Since he hooked up our home system everything has run smoothly and we truly couldn't be happier. The whole experience was an A+. I would recommend him to everyone.
