Florida Sunseeker

i replaced the three pool contractor installed lights in the construction of our new pool. I installed three 1 1/2" no-niche wide face. I have had 2 warranty issues several months apart. I received nothing less than excellent service from Florida Sunseekers and Kyle. Not only was Kyle extremely pleasant to deal with, his response and turn around time were beyond expectation. I really feel hat he went beyond the call of duty. I strongly recommend Florida Sunseekers to anyone with a similar need to my own.

I ordered "Warm White" LED pool lights from Florida Sunseeker for my pool guy to install at my vacation house. When I came to the house, I discovered that the lights were not "Warm White," but as cool blue as a light can possibly be. They looked awful. I called Florida Sunseeker and they acknowledge the mistake in there product listing and they agreed to refund the full price of the bulbs and pay for shipping them back. I had to again pay my pool guy to change the lights and I returned them to Florida Sunseeker using the shipping label that they had e-mail me. I just received an e-mail from Florida Sunseeker saying that they were processing the refund (my credit card company has no record yet of them having done so) and that they were subtracting $20 for shipping. I called and e-mailed to request that they honor their word and refund the full amount of the lights. They refused.
