We hired Launch (Michael Kravets) to help put together a home automation system for custom home we were building. Michael helped greatly during the design / construction phase to explain system features and recommend features to make our living experience that much better. The end result was fantastic and we could have not done this without him! We now have a user-friendly, fully automated home automation system which controls every key aspect of the home at our fingertips! (Lighting, Alarm, Cameras, HVAC, Window Shades, A/V, etc.) Controls cannot be any easier, may that be via Control4 touch screens throughout the home or using our mobile devices besides multitude of programmed features the team had put in per our request that runs daily. Through various installations all the way from framing to build completion we had the opportunity to meet most of the Launch staff members. An excellent group of highly professional, honest and hardworking individuals. Anyone looking for a Home Control-A/V contractor, for either a new build or an existing home; look no further!! Launch is honest, timely, professional... incredible. We have used them on three homes over the last 10 years. On a recent home remodel, we called Launch in early to plan for our AV. They did not try to oversell; when we said we were unsure of security camera's they gave us just the cost to wire since is really expensive to do later, and never pressured us to buy anything. We ended up integrating their camera's into the solution, and are super happy we did! The AV solution they provided is easy to use and works amazing. One thing that sets Launch apart is the service! The scheduling itself is easy and professional, but it is the technicians that just keep coming back to ensure that your system is working, that other vendors (like Direct TV) integrate correctly, that your phone is working with the system perfectly. Launch is fabulous! We hired them to initially install our sound system and just lately to upgrade the system. They were so professional and efficient. They worked within our time frame and did an excellent job. After it was installed, Kevin came and made sure we knew how to work the system before a party. Launch did all the audiovisual for my custom built home in Newport Coast. 15,000 square feet house with lots of outdoor space. Launch did all the initial wiring, purchased and installed all equipment, and then integrated everything to work seamlessly. From my phone App, I can control all lights, music, landscape lights, exterior lights, exterior heat lamps, all A/C units, water fountains, pool, spa, etc. The entire team is extremely talented and professional. Price was fair, given the high quality of work and equipment. Very patient in teaching us how all the technology works.

These folks are the best. Besides being nice and friendly, they are knowledgeable people in all domains and provide service promptly. I had a music and video full home entertainment system installed by others that was regularly problematic for about the first two years following its installation. The Launch System technicians reconfigured the home system and fixed the problems permanently.. I have no hesitation in saying that when the Launch Systems technical people leave, your problem is fixed. Yes, I tried others before I found Launch Systems, but they did not provide a level of service at the vastly higher level provided by Launch Systems. And, there is definitely no going back to the others.

Launch Systems designed and installed "enterprise class" Wi-Fi in my home. I have 3200 sq. ft., split-level, house that had multiple dead spots, despite a network of consumer routers and extenders that I had rigged. I can't say enough about Michael and the team. This system is blazing fast and our three Apple TV's, Slingbox, and multiple iPads, never ran faster.

My wife and I hired Launch (Michael Kravets) to install automation in our brand new home. Michael met at the house before we even moved in and began the planning process. Michael explained in very understandable terms they types of things they could provide. Never pushy; just informative. We planned the house out and Michael provided a very clear and detailed project plan, with precise estimates. We now have an incredibly user-friendly and technologically-advanced home automation system (Control4) that controls our TVs (our Launch contract included purchase and installation of 4 beautiful HD 3D Smart TVs), housewide music (receiver, blue ray, SONOS, Pandora, Rhapsody), alarm, HVAC, lights, front door, and garage door. The TVs look fantastic and all the equipment is neatly organized in racks that Launch made. The music sounds terrific. Everything is programmable and can be controlled from handheld remote controls, wall-mounted control panel, smart phone, laptop, and notebook. As soon as we have our yard done, we will have Launch connect the pool/spa equipment, outdoor lighting and outdoor music integrated to the system. We could not be more pleased with the result. The system is everything we could have hoped for, including true ease of use, and some incredibly useful and efficient ways to go about watching TV, listening to music, using lighting, setting home alarm, etc. We also cannot say enough about Launch. A group of really smart, really hard working, really responsive and really nice guys. They embody the true meaning of customer service. Price you ask? Let's just say we believe we received full value for the cost . Of all the decisions we have made with the new house (and we have made many), hiring Launch is, without question, the best one.

The Launch team installed a huge system in my home and very complicated system for my entire office and conference rooms. I have as most people have had horrible experiences with companies that look good and can hang or install whatever you want in your house. However, IT NEVER WORKS RIGHT OR SOUNDS RIGHT. I cant tell you how much I've spent having different companies do it right "or attempt to" Launch not only installed everything perfect but even the items I didn't replace are working finally and the sound is PERFECT!!! The one thing however that is the best about these guys is that they will come back and train, adjust, fix, anything you need until you are totally happy. Launch beats all the others out there...

From the moment I decided to install a wireless sound system in my new home, the company Launch and every employee was consummately professional from the beginning to the end of the project. The quality and language of their presentations, their sales staff, and their technical staff was beyond reproach. What I personally liked was that I was told, there may be wireless concerns within my home and where I live but I was counseled in a conservative manner which I really appreciated, by Michael Kravets. I was able to do a less costly first installation, but immediately realized that I had more serious issues that they had uniformly presented to me, so I had them return to construct the most efficient audio and visual system that I have used in my life. From Patrick and Alex, the installers, to Michael Kravets, and their most efficient and responsive support and staff, I would and I do recommend this company for any and all your viewing and listening needs. Every call, every email, every service call(of which was rare) was met with an immediate response. I cannot say enough about how good, efficient and personable, this company is, thus I would use them again and I refer them to all my friends and neighbors.
