Chris and his team at NY Landscape Lighting have done an excellent job installing a truly fantastic lighting system for the front and back of our home. Throughout the multi-phase process he and his crew have been extremely professional, polite and respectful of our property. His suggestions had a great impact on the end result - a fabulous looking property in the evenings that is now all the more pleasurable to entertain guests not just in the summer BBQ season, but throughout the year as the views looking out appear all the more beautiful across all seasons. Further to the permanent lighting installation, Chris also installed our Christmas holiday lighting, which enabled us to decorate the home more festively than we otherwise would have been able to do on our own. Chris re-designed my sprinkler system making it more efficient and ensuring the proper amount of water was provided for my lawn and perennials gardens especially when the hot weather arrives. He has serviced my system over 5 years and gracefully fixing the system when I have accidentally broken up with a shovel...or enhancing the constants changes I have requested. Deeply knowledgeable. I am a very satisfied and delighted customer of NY Landscape Lighting LLC. Last summer (2016) we replaced approximately 40 units of the old style, ugly, and energy consuming landscape light fixtures with 12 Volt LED lights and fixtures. It was a big project and I solicited proposals from six landscaping lighting companies. As one can guess the proposals varied greatly in prices, design, details and warranties. I met with each of the owner over a 2 week period to do walk through of the yard and have them explain to me their proposals. Finally I selected the Chris Waugh of NY Landscape Lighting LLC. I was most impressed with Chris simply because he did the best describing his proposal and it was clear he paid attention to our views and vision of what we wished to see.
