Outdoor Lighting Perspective-Little Rock/Jonesboro

Outdoor Lighting Perspectives installed landscape lighting for us in May of 2020. We, initially, were so very pleased and the lighting made our house look beautiful at night. The problem is that they will not service you after the installation. On January 25, this year, I texted them and let them know we had a broken light and asked if they'd come out and repair it. They said they would. On February 10, they still had not come so I emailed them and asked, "Did you receive our message about a broken light we need repaired or replaced?" I thought maybe the person I texted had failed to relay the message. They responded, "Yes sir, we had planned on being by this week, but due to the weather we will be by the first part of next week. Sorry for the inconvenience." I replied, "Okay, that’s great, just wanted to make sure you received the message. Stay safe and well!" By March 17, they still had not come out. So, I emailed again, and said, "Not coming?" They replied, "I asked my manager and installer 2 weeks ago about your light and was told it had been repaired. We will be there ASAP!!!! I apologize." Today, April 3, they still had not come so a local repairman fixed our light for us. We were abundantly patient, having first contacted them on January 25th. North Little Rock's Jumpstart streetscape program is going on around our church and I had thought when the streetscaping was done that we'd hire Outdoor Lighting Perspectives to do the lighting for our church. I now know I can't trust them with that much larger project, knowing they won't come and service you later if you have a problem.

Prompt initial contact and schedule of demo at dusk. Lance and his team were very professional and made adjustments as necessary and to perfection. Great warranty, quality lighting fixtures. Would definitely recommend.

I had to coordinate this project remotely from Texas. Lance was a pleasure to work with. We came across some product obstacles along the way and Lance was able to find a solution and saved us money with his solution.

We learned about OLP at a hotel trade show in February and knew we had to have them come and tell us what they could do for our luxury inn's amazing gardens. Lance and his team were so responsive and made the best recommendations for what we wanted. After doing their lighting demo one evening, they scheduled us for our install within a week and were back putting the fantastic lighting in.
