Refined Systems created an engineered A/V system for my home. I met with Ryan to discuss my vision and I now have a media room, integrated TV's and camera in my home. The design choices exceeded my expectations and the installation was seamless. There were a few issues with parts, but they were replaced quickly. I met with several companies before deciding to use Refined Systems. Very happy with the service and product and would recommend!

We were moving from smaller house with a more modest electronic footprint into a much larger home with a greater electronic and AV potential. We retained Refined Systems("RS") to relocate our prior electronics to the new house and also to design a complete AV system for inside and outside of new house. They were prompt, carefully listened to our needs, and designed an effective integrated system to meet our needs. They also implemented the project in a timely and effective manner. They were very organized and thorough. They also were very prompt in thorough in follow up items. The overall project was very cost effective. Overall, I think one of RS' strong points was the ability to assess our needs, develop options consistent with those needs and explain the options and implications in a way a layman could understand and make decisions based upon. I would strongly recommend RS.

Refined Systems installed an incredible, fully scalable Crestron system in my home. They were true professionals all the way from the planning and budgeting stage to the post install service. Their installation team was top notch and worked hard to get the job done right, despite some challenges. The system is incredible and looks and sounds great. The post install support and calibration has been top notch. Shawn and Ryan are great to work with. I would highly recommend considering them from your project.

We recently built a new home in The Woodlands and Refined Systems provided our Audio/Video/Lighting/Exterior Surveillance System. We had a great experience with Refined... Shawn, Ryan and their team delivered as promised and then some! Our initial meeting with Shawn was to discuss our requirements and Refined Systems capabilities. A detailed cost proposal, system layout, and technical specifications were presented for our review, followed by an actual system demonstration. This was our first high end system, and Shawn was able to explain the system so that it could be easily understood. Our system was installed on time, the cable management and rack layout are impeccable, and the system operation is extremely straight forward. My wife is thrilled with having one easy to use remote to control all components! The team returned about 3 weeks later to ensure our satisfaction and make any adjustments we had after living with the system. We worked with many contractors during our home construction and Refined Systems by far the best. They are always available to answer any questions and provide any assistant if required. The team at Refined were great to work with. They were respectful of our time and our needs and got the work done. If we had an issue they did whatever it took to get the issue resolved. We are very happy with their work and the finished product in our house.

Mike and his team were enthusiastic about what they were doing. They enjoy what they do and did what they said and find no problems with them. I like it when people do the things they say. Everything was done on time and on budget. Whatever I needed to have done, even if it was extra, Mike didn't have any problems getting that done.

Very pleased with Mike and his company that put in the audio and video system in our new home. We interviewed 3-4 other companies and felt most comfortable with Mike. Throughout the project to completion and even now we are satisfied and all communication has been on a positive note. The knowledge that Mike possess is at the very top, and he only recommended things based on what we want and don't want. He never tried to sell us things we don't want and what we ended up with in our system is exactly how we pictured it. We are very pleased with Mike and his team.

I was hired by Refined Systems to photograph several of their completed projects for their website. What impressed me most was the the level of quality in the completed product, in one word, perfection. You can see that quality is paramount for their clients and who wouldn't appreciate that?
