We had a few issues that we needed resolved but we have been in communication with Scott and we are working towards a resolution.

I can not recommend this company. I have had 4 lights fail within the first year. I was invoiced for a repair of a light without being told there would be a charge. Customer service has been subpar. When a customer has issues and a response is simply “OK” doesn’t sit well with me.

We worked with Scott and his team to install a one-of-a-kind light wall solution and to backlight some onyx at a very hard to work at high rise in uptown. The installation was not without challenges but Scott has kept his word along the way and stood behind every bit of his work. We would highly recommend Scott and his crew.

I have made appointments for when Scott and his team are going to be in the Houston area. They have yet to be at my home to honor that appointment. They show up when it is convenient for them and call or email to leave a message saying they already stopped by to check on things. I find this practice extremely unprofessional. If you are not going to honor an appointment, please don't ask me to make one.

The Signature Illuminations Design team did a complete and excellent job at our home. They provided us with a clean, simple and beautiful design proposal, and they did not try to over-sell us on any other stuff we did not need. They were able to answer questions on total cost of ownership, including annual operating expense, and they follow-up regularly to check on any maintenance needs. I commented to them that I like to walk the dog in the evening, just so I can enjoy the lighting of our home 'on the way out' and 'on the way back' to our house from our walk. I highly recommend Signature Illumination Designs to any homeowner or business owner who is looking to enhance their home or business, commercial or green space with lighting.

Scott was extremely responsive, made great suggestions and was fairly priced. I liked that he didn't push us to do everything at once and instead suggested we start with a reasonable plan, live with it, and then decide if we want to do more. The plan he designed and installed looks great. And everything was completed within about two to three weeks of us first contacting him.

Excellent job on my lights. They repaired an old lighting job that had numerous broken lines, and installed a few new lights that make the house look great! It was a quick turn around too.

What's unusual about Scott Beverly's company, Signature Illumination Designs, is the personal enthusiasm Scott has for the beauty of outdoor illumination and its importance as a major component in landscaping. And he knows exactly how to make outdoor lighting gorgeous. Our project was the illumination of our garden. It's a nice garden, but it's certainly small potatoes compared with the remarkable high-prestige, high-visibility projects Scott has completed to illuminate the Chihuly sculptures for the Dallas Arboretum and San Antonio Botanical Garden. Nevertheless,Scott was there throughout the project, not just when the proposal was made and the contract was signed. Scott came frequently to make sure that what his careful and talented crew had installed was exactly what we had envisioned. The project was done on-time and and came in under budget. And when, halfway through the project, we decided to remove a large magnolia tree from the front of the house--one of the central landscaping elements to be illuminated--Scott worked directly with us to readjust all the other lights to make the front of our home even more beautiful. We are genuinely enthusiastic about Scott, his company, and his terrific team of skilled installers.

I've been using Signature Illuminations for several years now and have always found Scott and his team to be very helpful. Scott is very good about sticking to his estimates and delivers a quality product! He has been replacing many of our old failing mercury vapor lighting with new LED lights that have a great appearance. Best of all is that he has documented our entire project of several hundred landscape lights at no charge!
