William Sample Lighting LLC

Sadly, while I really like William Sample as an individual, the work product has been disappointing to say the least, and the service follow up has been appalling. I’ve never written a scathing review of anyone or their service before this. However, after thousands of dollars spent to install over 50 outdoor lights and several hundreds of dollars in additional maintenance of the lights, it turns out the electrical rods were not buried deep enough (so my landscapers were constantly cutting the lines) , only about an inch, and the follow up service was even more disappointing. As other reviewers have commented on other platforms, W. Sample doesn’t return phone calls and has ghosted me. That’s fine, but at least call me and say something so I don’t wait for months for return calls that occur when I’m fully willing to pay top dollar for repair services. I just want it done right. I now have to move on, after two years, and find someone to clean up Bill’s mess. Jed Rhoads
