I wouldn't even have them paint my dog's house. Surprised the company still in business. Someone off the street can do a better job.

I hired them at the end of July 2017. I gave almost a $1200 deposit. Never showed up on the scheduled date to begin work. I emailed, called, and texted multiple times throughout the week with no response. I finally filed a complaint with Thumbtack. I did receive my refund back after Thumbtack stepped in to help. Had I not filed the complaint, I am fairly sure I would have never heard from him again. He came to the house to give the money and didn't even apologize. Be very cautious and I would never recommend.

We first contacted Vance in 2015, but ended up not having painting our house in our budget. Fast forward to 2017 and I contact him again. He said he still was painting houses and he came over to discuss what we wanted and give us an estimate. We liked him.... and, unfortunately, we trusted him. He gave us an estimate and we signed the contract. He had been very prompt in responding and even initiated contact a time or two. We gave him 1/2 down 4 days before he was to start the project. He contacted us 2 days before start date to postpone a week. I responded that that wouldn't be a problem. He responded with "Great" and we never heard from him again. I called, I emailed, and nothing. I hope this review can help someone else not get taken by him. Good luck.

I cannot express enough how much disappointment I have with Vance. He/his company painted the exterior of our home last fall. Several touch ups are required and he has yet to come out and complete this. The last email exchange in which he indicated he would be at the home was May 3, which he did not show and I have not heard from him since. I have left voicemails as well as tried to contact him via email. I would NEVER recommend this company to perform any paint job.
