Steve was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, prompt, and respectful. I am hiring him to come back and to do interior and exterior painting. Steve Edwards and his team were exceptional; from start to finish of the painting; Greg Johnson was the painter on the job - just an excellent person to deal with; Jennifer was the colorist consultant; very professional and pleasant; they gave recommendations for the color scheme, type of paint and brought some samples; suggestions for layout of the different colors schemes; during the painting project itself they were careful and meticulous; really appreciate the completed work; feels like a totally different space; thank you Steve, Greg, Jennifer and your whole team! will be using them in the future when I need some work done; - a very pleased customer

Steve and his crew have done a lot of work for us over the years. He is very professional, responsive, and reliable. His team fixed our wood front door that the dog had scratched up. He can do those specialty items along with exterior and interior painting. He is cost conscious, and if you don’t need to do something, he will also tell you that. I trust him implicitly.

We had the whole exterior of our house painted, as well as the deck and landscape timbers stained. Steve was very professional, helpful and genuine. LouAnn was always quick to respond to my questions and emails and was very helpful. The painters did a good job, they came at 8am without warning (I was told by the lead painter that they would be at our house in one of the next couple of days and they would let me know, but I think they forgot to call to confirm), it was okay, just unexpected. We noticed a few minor imperfections after they painted, but nothing too obvious or that we were concerned about— I’m sure if we asked for them to correct it they would have taken care of it without any issues. Overall, we loved our experience with CertaPro Painters!

I had my deck refinished and stained with good results. The stainer was very clean an left the work area clean and free any debris. I would hire them again as I very satisfied with the job.
