Well these were townhomes the homeowner was informed a year in advance that her unit was being painted in January I was hired by the association to do a job the owner had a year to make repairs and remove personal items from the area being painted the Ower was out of town at the time the next door neighbor had access to the property she didn’t want her court yard walls painted or her doors again I was hired by the association not the owner she was being very uncooperative I painted everything anyway these are townhomes her back door knob and hinges were completely rotted and had years of old paint on them so yes I painted them to preserve and look good she complained about the sides of her garage door, not being painted, but the garage door was locked, and she wouldn’t allow her neighbor to open it for me to paint it. Besides, she didn’t want the door painted at all and I painted it for her. I went above and beyond to satisfy this customer, but it was absolutely impossible.
