FLAVOR PAPER is known for creating conversational handscreened and digital wallpaper that flips tradition on its head. Since we opened up shop in 2003, our off-the-wall vision and passion for pushing the innovation envelope with unexpected materials and new technology— cue holographic and ponyskin grounds, scratch-and-sniff scents, Day-Glo and invisible inks, and more—has garnered awards worldwide. Our modus operandi, if it isn’t perfectly clear: Explore all boundaries of conventional wallcovering design...and then break them. While many of our wallpapers are full-on Flavor Paper concoctions, we proudly partner with celebrated artists and organizations to realize unique conceptual environments—including the Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, which granted us the exclusive rights to Warhol’s masterpieces in 2013 to bring his magic to life in the form of wallpaper. We’re also all about stretching clients’ abilities to develop interior stories that are 100% seasoned to their taste, and offer the freedom to customize our patterns, or explore off-menu murals or smaller-scale prints. It’s this unconventional, carte blanche approach that attracts adventurous residential and commercial customers around the globe, as well as landed our wallcoverings permanent placement in collections at the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum, Musée des Arts Décoratifs and Brooklyn Museum. Whatever your Flavor, we’re here to help bring your vision to the wall! All of our wallcoverings are eco-friendly and made-to-order, and we do it all straight outta Brooklyn. Please do your research before using this company. To say the customer service was abysmal is to give them too much credit. They misread the CAD drawings done by my architectural firm -- by 10"!!!!- and then refused to remedy their mistakes in anyway. They won't even admit to misreading the CAD specifications despite the correct number being clearly labeled. They simply won't respond to emails. The customer service leading up to this situation was horrific as well, so I suppose I should have seen this coming. There would be delays of weeks where they would just disappear and not respond to emails or phone calls. I've built, remodeled, or redone 5 major projects and this is by far the worst product company I have ever worked with. To top it off, the actual quality of the paper is less than I've come to expect from similarly priced companies. Spend your money with a company that actually cares if you are happy and wants repeat business. I am still trying to get money back and am considering legal options at this point -- beware!
