Hartzell Painting & Waterproofing

I used Hartzell Painting to paint and remove the stone on the exterior of my home. During the stone removal, 2 shutter supports were removed and "hidden" under my front porch behind my plants so they were definitely and intentionally "placed" there (this is about 4 feet away from the windows they were on). I found them when doing my spring gardening. I contacted Chuck at Hartzell to come back to re-install and was told that shutters were not included in my contract. These are not shutters but supports that are affixed to my home. To paint them and reinstall them would not take much time as we are talking 4 screws in total; each support is about 2/12 feet in length. How long could this possibly take to corrrect/fix this problem? Note that all other shutter supports were painted so apparently they are included in the contract. In addition, they stuccoed over the holes so I can't just replace them myself.....but should I really have to after paying them to do the job. They have left me at risk in the event of a bad storm or hurricane. I have asked twice for Chuck to have a manager call me and have received no response, In addition, there are paint splatters over my landscape rocks, on my driveway which they covered up with black spray paint and they broke the a/c condensation pipe on the outside of my house. Hartzell did send someone out to fix it. I would recommend finding another company!!

I can highly recommend Thiago Rodrigues/Nino. He is an excellent worker and an asset to the Hartzell Painting company. His skills and attention to detail more than exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in awarding him 5 stars.

I don't normally write these but felt compelled. I am a homeowner and Board Member in a community in Boca Raton. We used Hartzell for many years and have had nothing but exceptional service! Some of our Board changed and they decided to use another company because the pricing was just a little lower. It was a horrible experience! The work was terrible and we had to stop the job and fire the contractor. We asked Hartzell to come back and fix what the other contractor started and complete our job. Eddie (the owner of the company) came out immediately and was able to fix all the problems and give us the same exceptional service we always received with their company. Thank you Hartzell for giving us such a professional job.

We hired Hartzell to paint and repair the exterior of our condo building. We could not be happier. They did an excellent job. Their crew was exceptional, as was the foreman. We would definitely use them again.

They are very Professional, and did a great job on my house. Besides the Kitchen and Bathrooms, I remodel my entire home with them ( painting, plumbing, eletrical, flooring, cabinets,etc... Fast and reliable company. Highly recommend.
