I wish I could write a positive review, we were so excited about this wallpaper but what followed has been one of the most frustrating and expensive product experiences I have ever had to deal with. We ordered the “dusk blooms” paper and it’s been nothing but an expensive headache since. When we received this wallpaper we were at first disappointed in the way it was packed and then thrown off by the color/shade. It was rolled up so tight that all of the edges were bent or wrinkled. The black areas were not a true black and you could see what looked like printer lines across the entire thing. We then had the worst experience trying to install it- and I should preface this by stating that we are not inexperienced with wallpaper, we’ve done this several times before but this paper was by a landslide the hardest we’ve ever worked with to hang. It was supplied as giant 4 foot by 10 foot pieces, which made it nearly impossible to handle, line up, and smooth out wrinkles. It was also supplied with a 2 inch overhang on the edges to get the print to line up, which left us with the choice of either having to trim it ourselves or leave a 2 inch overhang. We decided to not trim it for fear we would damage it and went with the overhang. But the paper is very thick so the overhang is so obvious (from across the room) and the edges are white, so you can see that edge too. It looked terrible. Once up we noted that the print was more blurry than the advertised image and all the details in the black were lost such that you really only see the bright flowers (the blue is almost completely lost). The worst part however, was the terrible damage this paper did to our walls and the customer “service” that came after. When trying to reposition one of the pieces (pulling it off the wall ONCE after gently applying), it pulled the paint right off! Within HOURS the paper that was up was starting to bubble and on inspection all of these areas were pulling the paint off. I have used several different brands of paper before and have never experienced anything like this. I contacted customer service to see if they had any advice or could help us at all. They had nothing helpful to say and just blamed our walls stating it must be because we did not let the paint “cure long enough.” Our walls were professionally painted over 6 months before application, so we know this to not be true and we had already explained that to them. They offered to send us replacement paper but that obviously would not fix anything, why would I want to further damage my walls with the same wallpaper? Ultimately, we are faced with very expensive repairs to our heavily damaged walls from this paper. When I asked about getting money back, we were told no because they blame us. I’m not sure what is more frustrating- the expensive damage the paper caused that we now have to repair, or the company refusing to take any responsibility for their product and just laying all blame on the customer.

Terrible customer service. The girl Jaycee wasn’t helpful at all. My order got lost and after I explained my situation she just ignored me and didn’t respond again. Ok going to try to dispute the charge with my credit card. I would stay away from this company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I placed an order 12-12-20, and it did not ship. I waited until after the craziness of the holidays to reach out to check the status of my order, and was told that it "slipped through the cracks." My order was then shipped to me, but as I checked with the post office my order never actually was sent in the mail. Only the shipping label was created, nothing was ever actually mailed. It now has been over a month and I have reached out to this company in every way imaginable, and am getting ZERO response from them. It's not worth dealing with them, go elsewhere!

Walls Need Love has a great selection of fun wallpaper patterns. I was a little nervous about installing but their peel and stick paper was easy to put up and reposition with help from my husband. I love my statement wall! Can't wait to put up wallpaper in other places of my house!

Do not believe this company when they say their restickable wallpaper will not damage your walls. I followed all of their instructions, installed on a wall that had been painted more than a year ago and had no weird texture and the wallpaper pulled the paint off my wall and damaged the underlying wall. Now I'm probably going to lose some part of my security deposit as a result. When I contacted Walls Need Love they only offered to refund any unused portion of the wallpaper. Huh? I didn't know it would destroy my wall until I used it! Then they offered me store credit to buy more wallpaper that would destroy my walls! I would stay away from these guys, they say they guarantee their products but they really don't. Very frustrated.

I expected more from a small company. Usually, small companies are all about service, and I love buying from them. The price is comparable to other companies, and I would recommend going to their competitors. I never write bad reviews, but working with their customer service was impossible. They do not reply to emails promptly. When they do reply, they just copy paste from their policy. Their policy is pretty much nothing is their fault and they won't help you.

Good quality products, however, return policy is terrible. You can only return a small fraction of their items, wallpaper NOT being one of them. Not sure if I'd buy from them again in the future.

Although I absolutely love this product, the customer service has been non existent. I have reached out to this company through every avenue possible ( email, phone, facebook, instagram and now this review ) and have had ZERO response ! I received one incorrect panel in the order of the Clara wall mural and am unable to complete our wall. ( 1-6 was received and 2-7 was meant to be sent .... no customer should ever receive 1-6 as per their instructions the center of the mural is 4-5 no matter what size mural you buy) This is for our baby girls nursery who is due to arrive in 5 weeks ! All I am looking for is communication from this company and resolution of the issue that is their mistake. I need the correct panel sent to me and no one will contact me back. Very disappointed. Do not recommend especially for the investment. Horrible service , do not buy!

Walls Need Love Too is the coolest company! Cool products, GREAT customer service and fun people who answer the phone. I love this company!

This witty company has a wonderful variety to choose from and their products are high quality. Their decals are easy to install, with step-by-step instructions included. Good customer service is hard to find these days, but this company is fantastic! I had an issue with part of a decal being peeled off during a party, but they immediately replaced the portion I needed with no questions asked! I highly recommend them and will continue to shop there in the future.

I've had so many great experiences with this company. Great folks, very responsive! Such a pleasure to work with!!! They have a great catalog of wall paper designs everything from traditional wallpaper to their easy-stripes product ( which I added to my entry way-- super easy!), and their dot decals I added to my sitting room, and I even used the smaller dot decals to create a DIY wall art for my Valentine's Day mantel. They have a fabric-like wallpaper that is absolutely gorgeous and very high end! I am definitely going to add their gorgeous patterns to my bedroom!!!

I LOVE Walls Need Love. When I was renting, I bought a beautiful headboard from them as an easy, cheap solution. Well... I ended up falling in love with the product. Now I am purchasing a home and basing my room designs off of which wallpaper I will be purchasing from them. The decals are beautiful, easy to install, and the customer service is phenomenal. Now that I have discovered this site... there is no going back!!
