“I highly recommend Paper Craft Interiors for wallpaper installation. I hired Steven Kaye from Paper Craft Interiors to install wallpaper in 4 rooms of our home. Steven is trustworthy, extremely professional, and did a top-quality job for us. He is very detail oriented and took the time to ensure the wallpaper installation was flawless. I had an issue with one of the wallpapers I chose (due to a manufacturing error) and rather than just installing it to get the job done quickly, Steven brought my attention to the flaw in the wallpaper so I could exchange it for a new one. His attention to detail sets him apart and ensures a quality experience. Additionally, Steven is very accommodating - he made an extra trip back to our home (free of charge) to make a final touch up upon my request. “General Finishes makes great, high quality products! I recently completed a few projects, including a bench, kitchen table, and cabinet using various products. The water-based Milk Paint goes on smoothly and dries without paint lines. It has a great opacity, so it doesn't take very many coats to get good coverage. I've also tried the Gel Stain, which comes in a lot of colors, and it worked like a charm. It doesn't have a strong odor, and it wipes on very easily with little prep work. The colors are vibrant and really compliment the wood tones. I finished all my pieces with High Performance Polyurethane Topcoat, which is also water-based. It dried quickly and left a nice hard coating. I would love to try the water-based wood stains and dye stains as well!”

“Simes Studios is beyond professional and organized. Many times when you work with a artist there is a lack of planning, no accurate samples and a staff that does sloppy work or work that has to be retouched or fixed. Simes finishes are cutting edge and stunning. Their staff I have never experienced a problem with in a clients home. They are on time and you hardly know that a stranger is in the house. They leave a tiny footprint and are polite and courteous. I have worked with Simes Studios over the years. They have provided unique solutions when I have had areas that needed something incredible or when I've needed a painting for a dining that is original and different and know the direction I need to go into and haven't been able to find it in galleries. Which happens often. I highly recommend them to higher end clientele and designers.”
