    “I, recently, purchased a Co-op in Manhattan. Howard Barash was highly recommended as the “go-to” person to get my apartment painted. As I would be travelling extensively, it meant that the work would be largely unsupervised. This was of some concern as I had enjoyed less than satisfactory experiences with other Contractors when I could not be present on a daily basis. To say that I am delighted with Howard’s work would be an understatement. Howard is a keen listener and picked up quickly on what I was hoping for in terms of “look”. Within an hour, there were 3 possible color choices on my walls, painted in various areas to show how the paint would look depending on the light and shadow throughout. Howard dealt skilfully with the labyrinth of paper work required by the company which oversees our building. He was consistently pro-active with document submissions, insurance and approval follow-up in order that we could start the job quickly. I was struggling with a certain shade of blue for an accent wall and happened to find a soap dish that was exactly the correct color. As I was walking out the door to catch a flight, I handed it to Howard and said, “This is the one”. The job was beautifully done. There was clearly extensive prep work and attention to detail. The flat looked clean and fresh and new when I returned. And, the blue accent wall was the exact shade I wanted and gorgeous! Have no idea how Howard matched it to a soap dish, but it was spot on. One of the several things which I most appreciated about Howard was that I could trust his innate professionalism and sense of honor to complete my job to a high, professional standard without me having to be present. I recommend Howard to you without reservation.”
