“I was a little skeptical about calling this company after seeing a few of the bad reviews left, however I still decided to give them a try because I know that every business isn't perfect and can sometimes just have a bad day. Before contracting this company, I spoke to the owner and asked about the 1-star review that was left and he was very transparent that during that time, the company was going through a few changes, and he had to do some internal work to get back on track. He mentioned that his team was super small at the time and resulted in him having to answer phone calls while on-site with other jobs. I totally understood where he was coming from, and he did reassure me that he used it as a learning experience and is continuing to be a better businessman. I can only speak on my experience with this company and I'm here to report that I am very glad that I called and happy with the repairs and painting that was done. He was super friendly and efficient with communicating with me. Every step of the way, he took photos and would ask if I was satisfied with the progress. I really appreciated that because it gave me a chance to speak up if I wanted something changed before it's too late. Most other companies would only ask for your opinion after the job is done, which leaves little to no room for changes. They were on time, knowledgeable and very courteous. Prices and options are within reason. My daughter loves her newly painted room and my house feels brand new. Great work guys!”
