I would recommend alverez painting to family friends and anyone who wants a top quality paint job on their house.. these guys are the BEST!! Arrived when scheduled and had the job done when promised.. the crew was friendly and very polite. They covered every detail. They even cleaned my gutters and blew the pine needles off a lower roof. They even cleaned my fuel tank which is up next the house. The painters are very careful of shrubs and plants around house and not one was damaged! To me that was awesome!! The day they were getting ready to leave I found one of the crew on his knees cleaning the few spatters on the brick walk.. the house looks beautiful!!

Erik, his brother, and the rest of the crew did a fantastic job repairing and painting our family room walls and ceiling. They were punctual and professional. They arrived on time, worked at a steady rate, cleaned up each day, and even carefully put the art work up when the project was completed on time and at the price quoted. I will definitely engage them again when the need arises.

We had a fantastic experience with Erik & Alvarez' Painting. Erik followed through with all requests & questions. He let me know when the crew would be at our house so I knew exactly what to expect the next day - I really appreciated the communication/updates. His team was so clean & tidy. It didn't feel like we were living in a house that was being painted, which was one of biggest fears going into the project. The quality of finished walls, trim & ceilings is beautiful. No drips, streaks or unsightly uneven edges. I am so glad we selected them to paint our house. The pricing was very fair & there were not any surprises along the way.

Erik and his crew did a great job on some exterior house painting work for us. They thoroughly cleaned the area prior to painting, replaced a rotten piece of door trim, and cleaned up when they were finished. Price was reasonable and the house looks great; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The architect that designed my house recommended Alvarez' Painting. I had damage to drywall and painting due to a roof leak. This company is first-rate! The drywall damage was expertly repaired and painted to perfection. There was no down time during the work. Once the repair started, it was completed in a few trips as possible. Neatness and clean up were great. For all future painting needs, I will be engaging Alvarez' Painting again.

Erik and his team were amazing. From the first contact, Erik was responsive, managed expectations, and worked with us on our aggressive timeline before the holidays. He explained the work he recommended and why, which was incredibly helpful for someone who has never painted a house before and always walked us through the benefits/costs of different options at decision points. He and his team painted the interior walls and trim for 2 floors including bedrooms and touched up closets. The work is stunning - I'm especially impressed with the work done in the dining room with the trim and wainscoting. Would highly recommend!
