Kudos tp Arizona Painting. Our project which was expected to take at least 2 1/2 days was completed in one day. The team was highly professional and courteous. Foreman Josh and paint helpers Jesus, Bryan, and Williams established a benchmark of excellence in customer service others would do well to emulate, I would recommend this crew to anyone with a paint project. This also includes project manager Jay Perez. The project included all walls throughout the house, MBR two accent walls and the kitchen counter, and an entry nook accent.

I'm always impressed with the quality service that the Arizona Painting Company provides clients. My husband and I hired the Arizona Painting Company to paint the exterior of our home a few years ago. The crew did an amazing job! Now, we want to get some painting done inside our home. Home owners beware! I’ve seen a couple reviews on yelp lately stating that this company should not be in business and I can not agree more! I was quoted for 2-3 days of work for an interior job. Baseboards, trim, doors, walls and ceiling with one accent wall. Tomorrow I’m going on my 7th day of this crew destroying my home. I am pregnant so the first week (Tues-Fri) I stayed in an airbnb while they used a sprayer. I had to extend a night, and was told they would be done Friday. After I checked out and arrived to my house very excited to see my new paint job on Friday that excitement quickly turned into frustration. I walked into an extremely messy house with paint everywhere but the walls… Tiles, carpet, chair, couch, shower doors, vacuum. You name it, it has paint on it! The walls and ceiling are uneven with lines from the sprayer everywhere, spots missed, accent wall the wrong color, scuffs, broken and or painted over electrical socket faceplates. I personally had to go out and purchase the right color paint even though the price I pay includes paint. And after spending almost $500 to stay out of the house the first week I can not longer afford to do so this week, so now I’m and feeling like a prisoner in my own home and very inconvenienced by having to push back other jobs. This crew has it made… Showing up late, working half days, multiple smoke breaks, face timing and drinking on the job in my home. The worst part, the project manager Cory and district manager Eric are no where to be found when I call to speak to someone for help. Just keep sending back the same crew for touch ups. I honestly can not believe how stressful it has been to simply paint my interior white. These people are not professionals, take your hard earned money and spend it else where!

We used Arizona Painting Company to paint our entire interior before moving into our newly built house. We have honestly nothing positive to say about our experience. We dealt with Monica to schedule our job and make paint selections and every time we spoke to her, she didn’t know anything about our job. They scheduled a start date with us and then changed that date without telling us because they didn’t realize that jobs would be pushed because of memorial day. Then we were told it would take two days to finish the job and it took 4. Our house is a new build and the paint crew took 0 precautions to protect our floors or anything for that matter... We have paint all over the carpet, on our tile, our light fixtures, etc. They left our counter tops a mess, and the paint job was also poorly done, even though we had two walkthroughs and we pointed these things out. Because the job was pushed, we eventually needed to move into our house and could not have the crew come out again to fix the issues. We called to ask for some kind of discount because of the poor paint job and the lack of service and cleanliness of our new home and we were given $100 off and no apologies. We now have to spend time trying to get paint off of things and redo areas that were missed completely. We are overall disappointed with how things were handled, the service we were provided, and the resolution of our complaints.

We are completely impressed with the professionalism and outstanding work of Arizona Painting. From the estimate through the completion of our house painting we received wonderful service, thorough explanations, clear next steps throughout the process. Thanks to Richard and Monica for terrific service from the start and to Ruben and Gary who exceeded our expectations painting. You each exemplify exceptional customer service. Well done!

These are professionals! From my on-site estimate by Sean Zachary to the final touch-up by Ruben Lainfiesta, I have been nothing but pleased!! Ruben was punctual; took incredible care in prepping each room; worked hard hour by hour to accomplish his goal for the day, and painted my condo with amazing skill and sure-handedness. He was careful and very respectful of my belongings; my time; and my need to remain in my home during the process. This company is true to their word and I respect their business practices. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. In fact, I have a co-worker wanting to know who I used. This is the second time I have had Arizona Painting Company paint both the exterior of my home and a large portion of the interior. First time was my prior home 5 years ago. Second time was just last week for my newly purchased home. They did such a great time the first time I had no hesitation to use them again. They did not disappoint as they provided the same high quality work 5 years later.
