Boomer Ideas Painting

I initially hired boomer ideas but quickly cancelled within 24 hrs as my church is now helping me, Chris Turner promised to refund my deposit with a 10% service charge, which is fine- whatever. However will not refund my money said he would send a check by the 18th and still has not saying he is now having medical issues. Im a US Navy Veteran, My husband died in March I have no money this is all loan money that I had to get to have my home painted so I can get another loan for heat and air before winter. This is unethical! Dont go with him.
