“Bob Halvorsen was prompt courteous and wonderful. He came out on New Year's Eve to check on water leaking in through our roof due to ice build up. He fixed the problem and told us what we would have to have fixed in the future. He was helpful and gave us (as fairly new homeowners) a lot of great advice about hiring people to help us and what to watch out for. He was very down to earth and friendly. “O'Connor Painting is an experienced company. They painted the exterior of my house this fall and did a wonderful job. I had particular problems with the last paint job and Sioux recommended a primer that she expects will take care of it. I have a large house and her crew spent weeks preparing the siding and trim for painting. They worked cooperatively with a carpenter that I had hired to fix some small problems with windows and siding. In some cases, the crew found places that needed carpentry work done and made recommendations to me so that I could direct the carpenter to those spots. Sioux checked in on the progress several times each week, but she also had an experienced crew leader on site at all times. The final job looks great and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs house painting.”
