We needed to paint the outside of our home. I received three bids in total and Robert's was directly in the middle. He gave us some older references, and we asked why? His response was we should only ask people whom he painted years ago, to see how the paint job lasted. An unusual approach but right. What I especially liked was his explanation of exactly what he would do to justify his price and the time it would take. Our exterior window trim was not in good shape, and he specifically concentrated on this aspect of the job. The trim came out beautifully restored. He also adhered to his timetable and worked very closely with our landscape contractor who was doing some work for us as well. I recommended Robert to a neighbor, who used him as well.”
