“Shawn Aya of Aya Homes built the home that we bought. He built this house with a lot of quality in it. The workmanship was very good. The house has lot of upgrades that he put in the house. Some of the upgrades are 8 foot high insulated ceiling in the garage, a passive radon system, three-quarter inch stained solid wood floor, tray ceilings in all bedrooms, under kitchen cabinets LED lights, wider stairs to the basement, decora light switches to name a few. We built the house finished. Most of the upgrades he built into the house, we did not add them. We do not know anything about the project dates, costs, and deadlines.”

During the estimate Igor shared his vast knowledge about decks, and took his time to figure out how to do the work at a reasonable cost. He was pragmatic about the work that needed to be done. After estimating the job, Igor responded promptly with a job schedule, and was able to begin work within the week. Our job had to be spaced out over several days due to poor weather, but if there was sun, Igor's crew showed up for work. Igor went above and beyond and patched some holes we had in one of our side exterior walls at no additional cost. He breathed new life into our house. Also, he gave a workmanship warranty for several years. We are pleased with the result, and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.”
