Work was completed professionally and I was very pleased with the result. Finish looked like new and blended very well with the cabinetry.

Chad and his team did a tremendous job on my kitchen cabinet repainting and because of that I asked him paint the exterior of my house. Can Do More recently completed a bathroom renovation in my home and I’m very pleased with the outcome and the experience. I was very nervous starting the process as this is our only shower/tub in the house. We’ve all heard horror stories of bad contractors. Starting with the initial meeting with John to discuss the project, I appreciated that he understood my primary focus with repairing the bathroom but also having a reasonable redo of the space. Can Do More delivered on that. I was able to remove/replace the problem areas while keeping the costs down by keeping the existing tub, sink/vanity and main mirror. The bathroom is quite small but I appreciate the consideration for costs and what was needed and not needed for my expectations. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The job was scheduled for two weeks and I had someone at my house every day in that time. There were a few additional items that came up but was kept informed and the work continued. The extras were nothing I didn’t expect to see as the bathroom was 25 years old and had known water leaks. Before and after pictures to show the transformation. Very ugly and broken to very nice and new. The selections were all my own for reference. I would absolutely use Can Do More again for further projects.

Our reno consisted in refinishing our existing kitchen cabinets from old oak to white lacquer paint and replacing the old laminate with Quartz countertops. We chose CanDoMore after their estimator demonstrated great care in providing a meticulously crafted estimate. Whereas competing estimates were quick and dirty, theirs was detail-oriented. As an engineer familiar with the challenges of project management, it was nice to see someone who cared as much about the project as we do. They don't come cheap, but they also take on a master contractor role where all concerns can be funneled. Well worth it as we were looking for a long lasting reno, not the "dollar-store", fly-by-night patchwork that leaves a homeowner in the lurch after all is said and done. The measure of a contractor - and ensuing review - is how well they respond to complaints. That is where a contractor will either shine or leave a sickening feeling in the homeowner's stomach. In contrast, anyone who provides services knows that there are also toxic customers who cause so much havoc (or have no intention to pay, unreasonable requests that get snuck in "for free", etc) that most contractors will become unresponsive to most honest complaints. As it happens, we did have an issue arise during the project. Our brand new countertops had small nicks on the surface. They only became noticeable during the kitchen refinishing due to sanding dust settling in the nicks. When you pay thousands for a countertop, you want a flawless surface. Imagine driving a brand new car off the lot with a dent on the driver's side door. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. It will bother you forever. Nicks and scratches will almost always occur during manufacturing, so our expectation was that the master contractor would fix it. And they did. No pointing the finger back at us nor accuse us of being responsible for the damage. They did not ask for any other proof than pictures, so that they could plan the appropriate repairs. In the end, the nicks were gone and our kitchen looks great. Every aspect of the work was detailed, the planning and scheduling was perfect and every phase of the work was executed on time. No "hurry up and wait" for sub-contractors to show up. They even accommodated my busy schedule (I travel a lot for work) AND my natural paranoia (I never hand over house keys to contractors). They worked with me and around my busy schedule, even adapting to last minute scheduling changes when I could not be at home for one of the last phases of the project. Takeaway: CanDoMore executed the project better than anticipated. Living in Calgary, I got used to being swindled left and right by contractors, vendors and "skilled" trades. CanDoMore renewed my faith in the businesses practice of "The customer is always right". Their conduct is in my honest opinion beyond reproach. Will I do business with them again? Absolutely.

This company is quite deserving of their high ratings. Candomore painted the exterior trim on my home 4 years ago. Since then the company has expanded to include all kinds of renovations. Currently they are doing several projects in my heritage home including painting kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom, tile removal and beadboard install in my bathroom, wallpaper removal and install in my bedroom. I found the team at Candomore very easy to work with and the quality of the work has been excellent. Camille was very helpful and efficient with the estimate of the work. Justin is handling the scheduling of the work and is very good at communicating and answering questions. Phill and Noor completed the painting in my kitchen and did a superb job. My kitchen looks brand new. Wade did a great job of installing the beadboard in very tight quarters. This company is amazing to work with. My kitchen looks brand new. I had the dark brown cabinets repainted in a farmhouse blue from Benjamin Moore ( the color is called Mozart). My old granite is gone (FINALLY!). A great quartz install by The Granite guys. Alex, my tiler extraordinaire, replaced my old floor with a grey tile in a Herringbone pattern. Can do more recently did a project to remodel our Kitchen cabinets, railing, and entertainment center in the living room, all new doors for the cabinets were installed perfectly. They Did cabinet modification too and all soft close hinges plus new handles were fitted. The new doors were pre-finished engineered doors. We are beyond satisfied with the work they did, their workers were well organised, skilled and friendly. They always arrived on time and cleaned up the space after their work. Communication was clear and the pricing was transparent and reasonable. The project was finished on the deadline they had promised and the worker even came up later on when we needed some extra things done. I had high expectations for our metallic paint job of a bedroom ceiling and bath alcove and Chad W delivered! It was a unique project and I was given samples and kept informed at every stage. The prep was incredibly well done and a couple small changes were no problem. The metallic paint gave a wonderful serene finish and was a perfect choice. LOVE the look!! I recently worked with Can do more painting on a project to refinish Bath cabinets, kitchen cabinets, entertainment center in basement, all new doors for the cabinets. They Did cabinet repairs too and switched to soft close hinges plus new handles. Plus painted each of the kids rooms. AN AMAZING JOB There is a 4'x 4' skylight, the top edge of which is about 13 ft. from the floor, in our ensuite bathroom. Damaged by condensation from showers, the entire bathroom ceiling needed to be repaired. In 3 days, Blain had stripped the old stipple ceiling, repaired all damaged drywall seams, primed the ceiling with an oil-based primer, repainted the skylight trim, and refinished the ceiling and skylight well with new stipple. When Blain was finished, the repairs and refinishing were superb, and the work area was immaculate. An amazing job that was worth every penny. I would highly recommend Can Do More Painting.

I worked with Chad and his team renovate the front door, it was badly weathered and looked old and a mess. They gel stained the door, sanded, new stain and applied protective clear coat. The door looks great now, their workers were quick and professional and finished the work on time and i was charged reasonably. Hired this company to refinish the fireplace in my living room, it had gone old and didn't match with home interior. They did a custom faux finish on the fireplace and used paint to get rid of the purple color on the stone, now it looks new and modern and adds an element to the room. Can Do More Painting is a one stop place to facilitate a kitchen renovation. We wanted new countertops, sink and faucet. New doors for the cabinets and drawers. We got quotes from 4 different companies and we immediately impressed by Chad’s presentation. They work with a granite store, a plumber, woodworking shop and they do the spray painting. They coordinate all the trades which made things very easy and efficient. Once we chose the granite, sink and faucet. Their colour consultant came and helped us choose the colour scheme. We wanted dual colours. Then it was one day to replace the countertops etc. And 3 days to spray paint the exterior surfaces of the cabinets to match the new doors etc. Their people were tidy, efficient and friendly and the kitchen was spotless after they had finished. I would recommend them without a hesitation.

Our home was only a year old and Avi Homes did a poor job on painting the garage door. Because it was passed the one year warranty, we had to fix it ourselves. We selected Can Do More Painting Inc. to make over the lower level in our four level split and the result is fantactic. Chad and Camille at Can Do More Painting did an amazing job painting my late Mom's home to prepare it for sale. Mom was in a wheelchair the last few years of her life, so the walls took quite a beating and there were marks and gouges everywhere.
