Hi, Guerman, thank you for business and feedback! As you mentioned, I do take a great deal of pride in my experience, knowledge, and professionalism. Your opinion and trust are very important to me however given the extraordinary additional efforts my team and I performed, I find it disheartening to see intent to damage my business’ strong reputation, having select details missing from your review.

A signed agreement at the start of a project is an important part of my process. It allows me to budget my expenses for the specific paint and materials needed to complete your project and holds me accountable to the areas where I will be working. Mid-project you were elated, expressing a high-degree of satisfaction in my work followed by asking me to do more work on your home outside of our agreed upon terms. Though it was outside our agreement, I happily provided hours of complementary work, even having to purchase additional materials to complete everything (I did not charge for these). The team I work together with has years of experience and skill working alongside me and, for this particular project, worked diligently around plumbers, flooring installers, electricians, carpenters, and other professionals all struggling to complete their own projects on schedule within the home.

Other pros in the area delayed our process by removing trim, unhinging doors, and requiring us to repaint areas scratched, splattered, and damaged by their equipment and maneuvering. With the exception of one, the photos you provided are an example of this. Despite the challenges, all our work including complementary work, was finished exactly on time! As I do with every client to guarantee 100% satisfaction, on the last day we both did a walk through, followed by your signature agreeing you are fully satisfied with the quality and completion of work. Upon your request, I even came back for free to touch up some additional areas damaged by workers in your home after the fact, contingent on the fact that it would be difficult to provide additional labor without asking for another agreement to be signed.

I believe this to be the underling reason for why you are upset and ask if you could reconsider your review given everything discussed above. I would love the opportunity to work together and earn your business once again!
