1. They did not honor their original written quote, instead they continuously increased the cost of the job. The job specs never changed. 2. They were disrespectful of my home, attempting to leave at night with tarps left on the beds, kitchen sink and counters, living room couch etc. rendering the home virtually unliveable. They didn’t replace outlet covers and I had to piece by piece ask them to move the master bed back to its original placement, the dresser, rehang pictures. 3. The final product was substandard. On one application you could see the previous color still. They told me it was the best they could do. CertaPro did send out another team to fix what the first team did wrong, stretching the job out to 9 days, but I’m still missing outlet covers and there are drips all over my formal dining room. 4. The Sales Manager asked me not to share my experience publicly and indicated I was a bit unreasonable.

The paint job looks nice, and was finished on time. Unfortunately, they were messy, stomped on gardens, broke things, got pain on shingles. It took several weeks for them to come back and make everything right.

Wow, what a great experience. Shane came out and patiently assessed my needs and quickly presented a plan for getting the work done. All of the work was explained in detail and completed on time. Eduardo and his team of workers were super professional and respectful and the house looks beautiful. I will definately be using them again for other projects. If you want your project to flow with ease at a decent price, then this is the team to choose.

My father was a paint contractor, and I painted during the summers to help finance my studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Although Certapro's estimates were higher than all the others I had received, I had heard good things about the company, and had seen their trucks in my neighborhood several times. I thoroughly examined their work, and do not think I could have done it better myself (when I was younger.) A little lower price would have garnered them that 5th star. Don S.

Very professional. My 65 year old house looks new again! They painted the soffit, siding (stucco/masonry), exterior doors and entire shed. We're hoping to sell our house in the next 6 months and really feel this will improve the curb appeal. I'm very happy with CertaPro's service. I would say the only thing that was a little frustrating was the price. We have a very small house, but hopefully we'll get that money back when we sell. Also, I'm hoping they pay their workers well and that's why it was so high, which I wouldn't mind.

We had an outstanding experience with CertaPro. Account manager, office staff, and painters were all professional, on time, courteous, and communication was excellent. We've used CertaPro before and will use them again. A+ experience.

We hired CertaPro to scrape the popcorn and refinish the ceilings after we bought our house in Cedar Park. We got quotes from CertaPro, Doug Gorton, and a couple others... but we chose CertaPro based on our real estate agent's recommendation. It was quoted as a 6-7 day project since the house was completely empty. They started on June 9th, and it is now July 14th and we are still in discussions with CertaPro over how they are going to make things right. Without revealing all of the unprofessional things that took place on our job site, I'll just say this: The project was not properly supervised. The floors in the house were not protected throughout the project. Light fixtures and ceiling fans were not protected. And a lot of the ceiling edges and vaulted ceiling seams were sloppy. The job was so poorly done by their first crew that on the day they were supposed to be DONE so that we could start moving in, I walked through the house with the sales associate who had bid the job and his face turned WHITE because of how embarrassed he was. He had to get rid of the first crew and look for another crew to come out to re-do significant portions of the job. He apologized profusely, offered a discount, and promised that he'd get a better crew to my house and make it right. We needed the house finished before our moving truck arrived, so I moved forward with him. He even got a big break when the moving company delayed our delivery by a week, so now they had TWO MORE WEEKS... but they still did not finish the job in time! As a result, we had major conflicts with our moving company, and we were left with a dirty house due to how sloppy the first crew had been at installing the protection. To the credit of sales associate Nathan Pflaum, he is still trying to "make things right" and hasn't sent me the final invoice yet. However, we are long past the point where we feel like they can truly make things right without taking a significant customer satisfaction measure. If we could rewind the clock, we would not hire CertaPro.

Certa Pro showed up on time for the estimate, which is much better than any other paint contractor. Estimate was reasonable and we offered the opportunity to have samples painted to help with our paint selection. Once the colors were selected, the work was started and completed on time. Work was done well.

CertaPro painters is the epitome of professionalism and is a breath of fresh air when it comes to working with a service-driven company. Our entire experience was superb. We needed some trim taken off of the wall, the wall retextured, and the room painted. The CertaPro crew helped advise us on colors, even came out and showed us the color on the wall prior to going live with it. They went to GREAT detail tapping the room, covering the floor, entryway, doors, you name it. The end result is the room looks amazing and it was a great experience. I highly recommend them.
