Absolutely terrific experience! So glad we selected CertaPro Painters of Charlottesville to paint the exterior of our 4-story home. With such a tall house, I wanted a team that was experienced and safety focused. I got a few other bids. One was higher, a couple were slightly lower. But, there’s no doubt we picked the best. Before painting even started, we knew our job was in good hands. Michelle’s estimate was very thorough, and the final bill was right on the mark. Scheduling coordination and paint planning with the production manager, Riley, was fantastic. His professionalism and industry knowledge were so impressive. He was so helpful in advising us on the right paint grade for the job. And, Daniel and his painting team were absolutely THE BEST!! Daniel is a great painting professional and crew leader. His whole painting team did a top-notch job, working hard all day for several days. They paid terrific attention to big and small details, and the result shows. They were even able to do some great carpentry work to repair soffits and trim boards. A good power wash, some minor repairs, and two coats of paint later, our house looks brand new! We are so thrilled with the results. Highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Charlottesville and will definitely chose them again!

This company, CertaPro Painters - Charlottesville is an excellent company to work with. I hired them to complete painting jobs inside my home. I was extremely pleased with everything that they did. I found everyone associated with CertaPro Painters to be professional, friendly, reliable, on time, and their prices were very affordable. The painter, Anner, was very tidy, professional and such a fast worker. He tidied everything up before he left. There was no sign that he had ever been there. I highly recommend this professional company for any and all paint needs you may have. I am very happy I called them and know I call again in the future.

It was super easy to find a franchise in my part of town, get an estimate and a date to start work…the crew was very courteous and respectful of my home. They worked tirelessly to finish the project in record time. When I am ready to start phase two of my plan they are first on my list to contact. A very satisfied customer!

As a construction nonprofit, it has been an absolute pleasure to work with CertaPro Painters of Charlottesville. When we asked if they would be willing to partner with us to do a full interior painting on a home that is part of a transitional housing program operated by a local nonprofit organization, not only did they take on the project, but they went above and beyond to deliver a result beyond our expectations. In only two days, they painted both the inside and outside of the home with expert precision. The quality of their work throughout every room and within each detail is outstanding. Plus, every member of the CertaPro team was communicative and professional, and we were always well-informed regarding the scheduling and progress of the project. We are incredibly grateful for all CertaPro did to transform this beautiful home for a family in need!

I had a couple of projects this spring. The basement ceiling had water damage from a dishwasher failure and my cedar exterior needed some board replacements and painting. CertaPro took care of both projects in a very timely manner. Both, the carpenter crew and the painting crew did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

From the start to finish, they were truly professionals. The review of the project was done at a time that was convenient for me. Excellent paint job! I hired them to update the paint colors in my entryway, living room, dining room, and a bathroom. Each space looks beautiful now. The crew was very neat, thorough, and efficient. The cost was very reasonable. I plan to use them again!

Highly recommended! Timely response, quick and professional painting! I really appreciate CertaPro for their timely response, quick and professional painting work on our newly bought home. Our painting is a little bit urgent because we didn't start to contact painters until one week before our floor installation, and we really wished the painting could be finished before the flooring. I just searched online for local painting services, and found CertaPro and several other ones. I called them on a Friday morning about 10am, and told them our urgent need. Ashleigh from CertaPro was the first one to come to our home for the estimation. It was only one hour after my call, like a timely rain! And the quote was sent to me via email at about 1pm that afternoon, very quick. I also got another quote at comparable price with CertaPro, but we finally decided to go with them because their promised working time was the shortest, and personally I did have a very good impression in communication with them. Our painting is for all the walls, trims and doors, about 1500sqft in total. The work started from Wednesday morning and finished in Friday evening (their crew stayed late in Friday evening to finish the work, truly appreciate it!). Several notes here. There is one corner in the ceiling in the living room which needs some repair to cover the tape problem. I thought it would be good enough to just cover it. However, they patched it so well that I couldn't even tell it. It seems they took some sample from the other area in the ceiling, and did some analysis and mixed the paint to best match the current ceiling color. It is totally amazing! I didn't expect it could be fixed so well. Also, we have a tiny closet which is very difficult to paint. But they did and did it well! There are tens of holes on the previous wall and some very heavy stains. But after painting, they are all gone! I wish I could upload some pictures for comparison. The painting is very careful, and looks so pretty. The crew is very nice and hardworking. Thank you so much! Plus, they accept credit card payment, and the online payment is very convenient. Special thanks go to Ashleigh Ward, who always responds to my phone calls and emails very very timely! Very professional! Thank you! Both this and our previous experience with CertaPro were excellent. They painted the exterior of our home in 2012 and most recently our Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Terrace Level Bedroom, Rec Room and Main Floor Ceilings. Both jobs were handled in a timely and professional manner and the quality of the work was top notch. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
