CertaPro Painters - Eastern Monmouth County

We recently had CertaPro Painters paint our entire house, and the results were truly wonderful. The transformation was remarkable, and it's all thanks to the hard work and dedication of your staff. Their professionalism and trustworthiness made the process smooth and reassuring. We are very happy for the excellent results. Gemma Pamplona

Well done from start to finish-Chris with estimate, reasonable price, fixed multiple plaster issues on ceiling and great application of paint in a bedroom. In a Nd out in 31/2 hours!

This is the third time that we have used this company for painting projects at our home. Their workmanship, professionalism, care of our home outdoor surroundings and plantings, ease of working, quality of products, and competitive rates, made it easy for us to select them again for our house painting. We have an older home, they power washed, scraped, did some sanding, caulking and two coats of primer plus two coats of paint with Sherwin Williams Latitude Exterior (formerly Resilience) flat latex in Labradorite, and Extra White gloss trim. They also painted our shutters a SW Black Magic and our chimney using SW Loxon Concrete and Masonry paint. The first time we had the house painted from this company it lasted for 9 years! We have cedar shakes and wooden windows in an almost century old house. They did a fantastic job and I would never hesitate to recommend them. The house looks amazing, and we get many compliments from neighbors and people stopping by. :). Most of all we feel that is is well protected from the elements now and will hold up for years to come. If you live in the Monmouth County, NJ and have a house that needs to be painted, don't hesitate to hire this company. Everything went smoothly, from estimate to clean up.

CertaPro of Eastern Monmouth refinished our garage floors and painted the walls and ceiling. It was a great experience from start to finish and we could not be happier with the finished product. Our salesperson Chris was attentive to our vision and took the time to explain the options and products available. The painters arrived on schedule, were professional and completed the job within a few days. I highly recommend this company!

Alberto and his crew did a great job! We liked the way all the rooms came out. We definitely would recommend them!

The crew was neat, orderly and finished the job in a timely manner- very happy with them and the results...Highly recommended ...

CertaPro did an amazing job painting my house. The works were very professional an courteous durning the job. Arrived on time an completed the job on time. I would recommend this company.

If it was possible to leave zero stars, we would. After finally getting a confirmation (after we emailed twice and called twice) that work would begin today as scheduled, it's 5pm and no one has yet to show or call to update us. I totally understand that things come up, but for a company that prides itself on customer service, one would expect basic forms of communication to be a minimum. If we end up getting any work done, we'll update the review afterwards

We hired CertaPro to paint the exterior of our older home. The weather conditions during the job varied wildly, but the level of commitment and hard work did not vary at all. When it was inclement weather, Sebastian and Freddy worked through. I was so impressed by the dedication and thoroughness. And they could not have been nicer. Overall, just a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them!

First the good, then the bad. They were reasonably priced and the painters did nice work. The salesman that came to do the estimate was on time and professional. Now the bad. Once you sign the contract their response time to any questions or concerns is either very long or there is no response at all. The communication with the painters was poor at best, otherwise the painter would have arrived at the job with paint, especially since l had submitted my paint color selections a week in advance. An hour and a half was wasted going g to buy the paint. Fortunately, they were still able to complete the job by 6:00 pm.

I would hire CertaPro again and have recommended it to friends. They did a great job painting our condo. Their estimate was competitive. They were neat, courteous and finished the job on time.

CertaPro refinished our front porch and did a great job. They cleaned up at the end of each day. When finished we were very happy with the quality of their work.
