You Get What You Pay For Excellence. Have you ever used a company to purchase and install something and actually meet the owner? Have you ever had the opportunity to involve the owner with a concern you had? If the answer is "no", then you need to ask yourself "Why?" The answer is that the owner is usually not involved with the everyday details of the company. Bryan has built this company based on fairness and delivering what is promised: a great paint job. We have one of those red brick sixties vintage ranches that are ubiquitous here in Greensboro. CertaPro carefully prepped, primed, and painted our home a "Peppercorn" gray. The property was left immaculate. We had gone to Sherman Williams to select our color. Certa Pro purchased the paint that was necessary, and finished the job in the time estimated. I know this will last. It has transformed our home from dated and commonplace to modern and extraordinary. No job is too small, either. At first we hired CertaPro to paint trim outside. They had to go through a special process to remove the original paint that contained asbestos. Their work is a great value for the money.

My husband and I searched for a firm to paint the outside trim work of our home. An associate of CertaPro came out to our home on a Saturday and gave us an estimate and a time frame in which they could do the job. They did it as promised in the time they had allotted and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend using them.

Certapro Painters painted the shutters on the front of my home as well as the front door. I found their work to be extremely professional and timely. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again on future projects.

I had CertaPro repair and paint the exterior of my home and I am extremely dissatisfied. The quality of the work was very poor and the people were unreliable. There were multiple days when the carpenter did not show up, which caused the project to be delayed. I never saw anyone on-site whom I would regard as a supervisor.The original plan was to have CertaPro paint the interior also, but I terminated that agreement after the terrible experience we had with the exterior. The person we brought in to do the interior took a look at CertaPro's work and has pointed out a multitude of things CertaPro did incorrectly, such as they did not properly seal the new boards that were put on the exterior and the paint is already blistering on the shutters just 2 months after CertaPro painted them. As more and more problems come to light, I am so frustrated with CertaPro, I am even contemplating legal action. My advice to others is to avoid CertaPro.

Overall, enjoyed working with this company. Had several issues because of the subcontractors (didn't finish job, dropped paint everywhere, very sloppy) but the mgmt. responded immediately to my complaint and resolved the issue. My only complaint is that I hired professionals to save my time, and having to go home twice to supervise made it a wash.

Certapro was quick, professional and extremely detailed in painting the exterior of my home last summer. At the completion of the work, Brian, the owner of the company, personally came to inspect and found a few areas that he was not satisfied with and had it re-worked. Excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

this is the best group of painters i've ever seen--very professional and customer service friendly--they do great exterior work including pressure clean prep, prime and finish painting, as well as awesome interior work that includes sheetrock repair, prep and finish paint i will make these guys our preferred painting vendor for the long term keith bunch greensboro nc
