From the minute we met with Certa Pro we were impressed! We got a quote at the end of our free estimate which we really appreciated so we didn’t have to wait. The crew came out as soon as the weather permitted and got our entire house done within 2 days! They were extremely thorough, professional, and detail oriented. I hired CertaPro Painters in Lynnwood, Wa to perform some interior house painting. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they surpassed them. The painters were prompt, courteous, neat and well organized. They did a fabulous job. The Two Painters and Supervisor came in the house first day and looked over the house. We had to explain to them what rooms and what colors was suppose to be painted per room. Even though they had a full report on where and what colors was to be used. They did cover everything and tape areas too. It took two days for them to paint the interior of the house, but that was expected. Even though we signed off on the paint job, the next day we noticed paint spots on floor, on under trim and trim areas. Also there was a small hole in the bath room wall and they did not putty it up and paint it first time. Emailed them about concerns about paint job and they stated they would come back out on this Friday march 19th 2021. The supervisor came in with an attitude and when I showed him what I seen and pointed to him. All I got was attitude and saying that can not be removed from trim, that area can not be painted, that's not our paint job. Yes they did fix the small hole area and two other spots and one paint spot on trim. But over all would not recommend them ever, get someone more professional and for what they charged it was not a professional job.

We had them paint our condo and, we are NOT HAPPY with the service we received. The painter was in our house until 11pm on Friday and 10 pm on Saturday. There is paint all over the floors, in our sinks, and on our fan. We had missing screws in our light covers and dirt in both of our showers. They got paint on our bathroom/ kitchen cabinets and wiped off the paint we applied so now we will have to do it again. The communication was poor and it was way to expensive for what we received.

The best experience. Had the interior of my condo painted and the team did an excellent job, really helpful, kept me updated with the progress of their work and answered all my questions. Use them, you will be happy. I am!

Fast service and a really good color consultant. Large samples to look at. Clean up and moving furniture no problem for these guys.

Painters were quick, efficient, courteous and job seems to be well done. Clean up was thorough. Were helpful in moving large items before painting.

Second time I've used this CertaPro company. Almost 2 years ago, they painted the exterior of my house while I was on the East coast visiting family. Truly the most trustworthy and professional folks I could have hired. I literally contracted and went on vacation. Oh, by the way, they did a GREAT job. So, I called them back when it was time to paint the interior. Great experience. If you need painting done, you will NOT be disappointed.

I hired Certa-Pro to paint the exterior of my house and a small detached shed. I got multiple bids and they were all relatively close in price. One of the things that made us select Certa-Pro was that they offered a no charge one hour color consultation which was great because we knew we wanted to change the color but we weren't sure which color we wanted. Anya, the color specialist, was very helpful and helped narrow our colors and allowed us to ultimately select our color. In addition to the color consultation, we like that Certa-Pro is a company and not just a couple of guys who paint houses. The crew was great, lead by Freddie. They were very considerate of what we wanted and wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything. I have recommended Certa-Pro to others since our experience went so well.

CertaPro Painters of Bothell completed an Exterior paint project on my house and did a fantastic job. They were courteous, professional, timely, and very responsive. I would highly recommend them.
