Susie and her team did an amazing job repairing cracks in walls and painting our parents large condominium so that we could get it on the market. Susie met with me personally at my convenience (I’m from out of town) and I found her to be very professional and warm hearted. This was especially important to me as my family went through the emotional process of preparing to sell our parents home. They did such a beautiful job!

Overall, we are happy with our choice to work with certapro. Communication was slow between our estimate (March 21) and confirmation of our project start date (confirmed on April 11). Pricing was competitive for the area and the interior paint job was done well. The paint team was prompt on the start date and checked in with me throughout the day to review progress. Our home was left clean and tidy once the project was complete. If we have any other needs in the future, we will use certa pro.

CertaPro did a great job on the painting project in my home. In just a week, they were able to finish the repairs and the painting of my kitchen, family room, foyer, stairs in addition to the 2nd floor hallway, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They worked with me to schedule the 2nd phase of the painting on the last two bedrooms and an additional bathroom. All work was completed exactly as requested with minimal touchups required. Their price was the lowest of the three estimates I received. I would definitely use CertaPro again and recommend them to family and friends as well.

We unfortunately had a ceiling leak in our dining room right around Thanksgiving. Luckily we made it through the holiday with no major issues, but to fix the problem we had to have a plumber cut the drywall and access the leaking joint. Needless to say we had a pretty decent size hole in the ceiling (or at least we thought). Certapro gave us a great rate/price to fix the ceiling drywall and paint to match. They sent a gentleman named Javier and he was excellent. If you didn't know where the access point in the ceiling was created you would never know. Very punctual and professional and was able to complete in one day, which he wasn't initially sure he would be able to do with the drying times, etc. He did and we are extremely happy with the work performed.

We used Jose and his crew from CertaPro Painters in Loudoun, VA for our home in Ashburn. Syed was our estimator and he was extremely professional and accomodating throughout the whole estimating process. In fact, he actually managed to get a discount approved in order to better fit our budget and we were so pleased that we didn't even call anyone else! Levi - the job manager - was easy to reach and was also very accomodating to our needs, even when we changed the paint color at the last minute after he had already purchased different paint! Jose and his crew arrived at the house on time and got right to work. Everything was taped and covered in plastic and the painting job looks great! we are so happy that we have asked them to do another painting job for us! We highly recommend CertaPro of Loudoun!
