CertaPro Painters of Mystic-Glastonbury, CT

Project was to prepare and paint the pine siding And overheads of two porches and one balcony. Workers arrived two days before painting to power wash the affected areas which was completed in about two hours. They then let the affected areas dry for two days arriving about 9AM on the third day. The painting was completed by 4PM on the third day. Painting looks great, no holidays( a navy term) almost perfect match with existing paint on the siding. We are happy with the job and would use them again. This is the second time we have used certapro with great results Thanks!!

The price was very competitive. They came out in a couple of days to give me an estimate. They finished the job quickly, did an excellent job and left everything tidy. I loved the painters, too. They were very helpful and went beyond what was included in the estimate.

Our experience with the work completed about by these folks 6/30/17 with a total cost of $9029.50 was superbly done. The team came out to our house, prepped the work perfectly, then stayed on the project even into the night (with our permission.) They all worked long, professional hours and almost became family they were so personable. Great people, great work.

I hired CertaPro to repair my walls and ceiling from water damage due to a leaking roof. I hired them to do the work once the new roof was installed. They replaced all the water damaged sheet rock in the walls and ceiling, did the plastering work, and repainted the entire ceiling of the house. The popcorn ceiling restoration blended right in - you can't even tell where the work was done. They also refinished and repainted my front door. Though it was out of scope, they also repaired the water-damaged floor. They did everything in two long work days, about 18 hours work overall, which I thought was very fast. Everything looks great. Except for some dust, they didn't dirty anything they were not supposed to touch (no paint drips!). Total price was around $1,500 including materials. Materials were not shabby; paint was Sherman Williams for example. I definitely received value for the amount of money spent. I'm very pleased with their work and would certainly hire them again for my next paint job. (Note: I have used them for two other jobs, external house painting and internal painting of the bathroom skylight. They did well on both of those jobs too. Their carpenter is especially good.)

Totally would recommend CertaPro for painting needs. We had total outside repainted as well a restraining of decks. Great job. Best was the communication, before and after signing of contract. Encountered rain and was kept informed as to when they would be there. Always arriving when they said they would. To me that is as important as the quality of worked, which we very pleased in. Very happy.

Painters were punctual and hard working. Good attention to detail. Everything tat need covering was tape nicely. I recommend them.

Crew showed up on time, went right to work and did a great job. They were polite, very professional. Would definitely call them again.

Great work, efficient, neat and fair price.I had an ice dam which ruined the ceiling.Needed work done asap. They were very responsive and had the living room back to normal in a day. Very pleased.

The initial in-home estimate was done with utmost professionalism, and they were willing to work with me regarding my choice of paint brand without question. When the workmen came, they too were extremely professional and did the job in both a timely and excellent manner. When I need painting services in the future, I will call on them before considering anyone else.

Exterior painting. Cape cod style house Reasonable bid. Showed up on time. Knew what they were doing. Cleaned up afterward. No surprises.

We were so pleased with the CertaPro team who painted our house exterior a couple of years ago that we called them back for another project. The entire team is professional, courteous, and respectful of property. The job was completed in the discussed time frame and at the rate quoted. We have no reservations in recommending CertaPro Painters of Eastern Connecticut.
