Had a great experience with CertaPro Painters of Santa Monica over the last. Finished product (our executive offices) went above and beyond my expectations. Great Team led by Ben and the 2 man Crew. Highly recommended. You won't be sorry.

Chris Williams has got to be one of the very, very best contractors on the planet earth. A real professional, and a really nice guy. His crew of professional painters worked on my house in Venice for nine days, and produced a result that was 100% better than I had even hoped for .... except I had seen his work before I hired him. Seeing his previous work convinced me beyond a doubt that I could only get an A ++ job from him and his crew. The crew were the best .... the very, very best. All of them couldn't have been more professional.

I've never been so impressed by a painting company - ever! The CertaPro Team was friendly, courteous, helpful, flexible, thorough and efficient. Their attention to detail and level of professionalism was incredible... I honestly can't wait to use them again!

They were everything you can ask and more. We were quite the challenging customers, quite indecisive, but though it all the team was patient, understanding and willing to work with us and on top of that, their work is FANTASTIC. Truly professional, efficient, and clean. Everything you could ever want in a painting company. We truly felt like they were partners. Go with these guys, you won't be disappointed. From my first meeting with Chris and his team I found them incredibly professional in every way! Yet the best news of all was that they also beat everyone else's prices! In addition they did more than others offered to do and charged us less. They were always available if we needed to communicate. When the job was completed the workmanship was excellent and I had no complaints. They cleaned up beautifully and took me on a tour of all they had done to make sure I was satisfied, which I most certainly was!

CertaPro of Santa Monica (Stephen) was absolutely fantastic! Being first time homeowners, my wife and I extensively research everything (and everyone) before pulling the trigger on hiring a painting company. And I must say...Stephen (CertaPro of Santa Monica) was absolutely superb and he/they lived up to all of their STELLAR reviews online!! First step, Stephen (the owner) comes to your home to give you an accurate estimate/quote - He shows up on time, is incredibly methodical, is professional, bonded, insured, works with bilingual employees, and is VERY flexible - I needed either 7am or 8pm time slots, and he was able to make all work. Stephen's pricing is also very competitive and fair, and he possesses great knowledge and expertise. For our main rooms, we used a specialty color...which is essentially a pain-in-the-butt, rustic looking, Ralph Lauren paint which takes multiple coats, specialty brushes, and a specific way of painting to achieve the desired effect. Stephen re-watched the Ralph Lauren videos in preparation for our estimate and was prepared to speak to us about how best to execute our job, the length of time it would entail, and the pricing. His employees showed up on time everyday, we're great, went the extra mile, were meticulous to ensure that all our walls and base boards had perfectly sharp lines, stayed late on the last day to complete final touchups, cleaned all work spaces (perfectly, I may add) and were very nice to speak to. All in all, A+ company, will definitely be using them again and telling all of my friends, colleagues and clients who are ever in need - about CertaPro of Santa Monica. Stephen and his crew are amazing! I have used them multiple times for my clients homes. He has helped me with interior painting from standard ceiling heights to 20' ceilings to the detail work of picture molding. They are always polite and clean and want to make sure their clients are happy.

10 stars for Stephen and his painting crew! I have used them for my house interior and exterior, my kitchen and my latest project was my bathroom. It looks beyond great! Stephen knows his colors, he is hands on and is on the project site each day. I had a few concerns over colors and he steered in my the right direction. Also, and this is very important to me, the professionalism, competitive pricing and daily clean up of the job site met my expectations.

Stephen and his team of painters took care of my house about a year ago, and I couldn't have been happier with not only the result, but also with how they worked. Stephen's professionalism is evident from the moment you meet him, but he also happens to be a very nice and open person, which always makes things easy. He replied to all my questions with accuracy, didn't try to influence me one way or another when it came to my choice of colors for the walls of my house (I chose some bold colors) but explained to me why some may not work, and some others would, he accommodated by schedule, gave me an estimate which I found extremely reasonable, told me what he could deliver - and indeed, deliver he did. His painters were equally diligent, efficient, and professional. The job was done in due time, and the result has been even better than I expected. I'd definitely hire Stephen back if needed.

Stephen and his crew at Certa Pro recently transformed my home with a simple color change. Stephen was extremely thorough and careful in the estimating process, talked through details and took loads of pictures to make sure I understood the scope of work. His bid was reasonable and he was able to efficiently schedule the crew to begin. His crew was amazing: professional, polite, helpful and always on time or early for the day's work. Stephen also provided a color consultant to help me make the drastic change and it was one of the most valuable parts of the process. I can't over emphasize how easy it was to work with CertaPro and how happy I am with their results and their professionalism.

This was the first time I personally hired and worked with painters for a project all my own. When I first contacted CertaPro, I was able to set an appointment very easily and within a very specific window that I had available. Stephen came to our home to speak about what I envisioned, and he very thoughtfully and respectfully offered some tips and walked through the process with me. We were able to set up a time very quickly and easily again for the job to be completed. When the team arrived, they were wonderful. Very conscientious and incredibly patient with my small child who was constantly wanting to engage them in conversation and play! The job was dealt with in a very timely manner, and every concern I brought up was addressed immediately and with attention. In fact - 3 months later when I realized that the finish was wearing in one of the rooms, Stephen was here within a week of me contacting him and four days later the room was repainted! In all of our interactions I felt confident that I was being listened to and heard, and never once was I treated like a problem, even though I likely had many rookie questions. I really appreciated that. I have, and will continue to, recommend this company.
