Selling a home can be very stressful, scheduling repairs and finding a reputable painter that will meet the strict Home Owners Association (HOA) rules and standards.
Dan Miller of CertaPro Painters came to our home to inspect what was needed and to listen to our concerns that everything be done in a timely manner. The next day, Dan sent us a detailed quote that listed everything we talked about and even included photos he took during his inspection.

On the first day, Dan arrived with his team of painters and introduced us to the Job Site Supervisor, Jorge Ibarra. Jorge was briefed about our HOA color pallet for our home. Dan and Jorge made it clear to us that they belived in "communication" between the customer and the Job Site Supervisor to ensure that we were kept informed of progresss and any questions thay had about our home.
Our home was painted in four days ... Jorge and Tamaul were the two professionals assigned to us. What!? only 2 men to paint our home, when our neighbor hired another painter who had 6 men painting their home in the same amount of time.
AWESOME TEAMWORK ... Jorge and Tamaul arrived on time each day, once they began to work they were in complete sync with each other, and cleaned up at the end of each day.
When strong Santa Ana winds hit Orange County Jorge and Tamaul worked around varies tasks until they could climb those high ladders safely.
