Exceeding our expectations. The bid was competitive and there were no surprises along the way. Once they started the job they stayed with it every day until completion. There was a team of four men - all very good guys. Polite, prompt, clean, responsive, thorough. The same four men worked the job from start to finish. There was a lead painter among the four and then there was a job foreman who came by at least once a day to inspect for quality and to check with Laurie and me to see how and if things were progressing to our expectations.

he was very patient and encouraging in the moving process, He walked me through the paper work and I am now on my 2nd year in my apartment. He made sure that I was alright when I moved in. he is also great if repairs need to be made. he has really made the renting experience into a living experience, thanks!

Elite and team and the rest of the team were fantastic. We hired them last year to do some renovations. They were fast and professional and went above and beyond our expectations. We had to travel during the work but they kept it humming along and were very easy to work with remotely. We get compliments on their work all the time.

Elite Custom Paint Company painted a newly renovated suite plus a stairwell with original trim and banister (100+ years old) that had been painted over many times and had a lot of damage. He was equally skilled at painting new construction materials as well as the detailed work of painting/restoring original woodwork. he was punctual, flexible, professional, communicative and her prices are very very competitive! he sticks to her quote. We will definitely hire the next time we have a paint job and would recommend her without reservation.

He took a fireplace that we were going to replace but decided to paint instead, and turned it into the statement piece of our house! he was so professional, intricate, patient, accomodating, and presented sound recommendations with care and concern. I recently used Elite Custom Painting & Cabinet Refinishing to paint the inside of my new house. And when I say the "inside" I do mean the entire inside of the house. He was quick to respond (great first impression) and worked with us on color choices. From the very beginning he was available to us via phone, text, and email with any questions or changes that came up during the project. Most impressive was his ability to meet our required quick turnaround without question. Elite Custom Painting & Cabinet Refinishing team of people (paintings and carpenters) were nice, friendly, and available to answer questions while on site during the work. They even showed us how to do "touch-ups" on our own as needed for little work. Sam was excellent to work with, very thorough, personable and listened to my specific needs for a complete paint, waterproofing and lead containment job. Team are experts when it comes to lead paint and know all the ins and outs. They addressed all big and small things I wanted looked at and made sure the job was done thoroughly and professionally. Pricing was fair (not the highest or lowest) and they didn't try to hit me up for more additional charges, though I think they probably did a few things fixed extra that showed their pride in getting the job done right. Sam also worked well with my tenants, listening to things they thought needed addressing and making them feel the work was being done properly. My property manager on another rental building recommended Elite Custom Painting & Cabinet Refinishing to me along with other vendors that I evaluated and I definitely feel I made the right choice!

Sam and his crew were exceptional! On-time every morning and everything picked up and cleaned up every night. The work was top notch and exactly what we wanted.

Elite painted the outside of my house and did a very professional job! They first power washed the house and then fixed any cracks and lines before doing the actual painting. I had my "pop outs" painted the trim color and they were very careful to do the job properly. They also replaced the slats in my side gate and now it looks like a new gate! I would highly recommend them!

Elite did a wonderful job of painting the exterior of my home. They did a wonderful prep job. They even took care of some repairs to my homes exterior before they painted it. I am very pleased with the job, how professional the workers work and the timely manner in which the job was done. It was also reasonably priced too. I will use them the next time I need painting done in my home.
